Great experience with Robert. We were getting complaints from the city regarding maintenance and Robert made it look like new. Very happy with their service.

This is my third Sundance Optima (880 Series) hot tub. I have purchased all three hot tubs from All Florida Pool and Spa Center. Brian at All Florida Pool and Spa Center is a great person to deal with; no pressure at all and easy going. Brian treated my wife and I very well; highly recommended.

I received my custom order within 30 days. The delivery crew arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment a few days prior.

I will return to All Florida Pool and Spa Center for my next hot tub.

Joey showed up today to save the day for Amenity Pools, Joey along with Troy and Charlie really lead the way in 100% customer satisfaction, thank you, gentlemen!!

Our pool guy Erick Bonilla is such a wonderful human! He is kind, attentive, thorough, and is a world full of knowledge. He is always here Monday morning rain or shine, super friendly to my children and just an all around decent human. He is definitely an asset to Amentity pool services and I hope they treat him as such. Thank you Erick for all your hard work! Never ever leave us.🙏

This is my first time ever writing a review of any company good or bad . But my experience with this company has been the worst and I do not want other people to go through the the same . I hired the one located in ft lauderdale. They went to service my pool the first week and left it dirty, I told them I had a dog and they needed to let me know in advance the day they were going but they just showed and let gate open and dog ran away. Called the company for 2 weeks since did just didn’t now show the following weeks and all they say is they’ll make a case and someone will contact me . Third week same issue , no one went . This was going on for a whole month, they gave me the manager number and does not follow up either. Finally I called the office and cancelled the service and texted the manager to let him know as well and 2 weeks later someone just shows in my house to service the pool again. I call the office no answer . Text the manager no answer.

Company is much better since amenity pool Services took over for All Florida! Every technician is very conscientious, takes their time and knows what they’re doing.
I especially appreciate a technician named Trey, who is extremely thorough with my pool!
Anytime I had an issue, I would call and they had somebody out the same day. Highly recommend.

Ricardo is a great worker always on time, nice with the staff and the residents and does the job perfect residents satisfied and employee with how he picks up his equipment. Great worker!

What a joke! In the first month my pool was never swept, guy shows up for two minutes and leaves. I call and ask why. Never a call back from anyone. After two days I call and cancel, when asked why she never offered to rectify, never emailed confirming cancel (which I asked for) Not getting my money!

This company has become progressively worse. Their pool cleaning service is so poor. They work their people so hard they don’t have time to do a proper job. This company has serviced my pool for a long time. Alfaro is my pool technician and does an amazing job. He is very communicative and helpful. Leaves the pool in fantastic condition at all times.

This is my pool it is Green despite the fact I get weekly pool service from all florida pool and spa. They are doing a horrible job. Some weeks they do not even show and when they are here they spend maybe 10 minutes. I would not recommend at all. I will be searching for new pool service.

I have been with Amenity pools for many years and my pool required some maintenance. Charlie was the technician who showed up and did evaluated my pool. His communication skills were excellent you’re not only explain to me what needed to be done but he kept me informed on the progress of the job. After the job was completed, he cleaned up the entire area, that you couldn’t even tell any work had been done. In addition, he followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working OK and came by to ensure that there are no ongoing issues. Charlie was a very pleasant, knowledgeable guy and he did an excellent job.

It was our first time working with Ammenity Pool. I was extremely pleased with the job Charlie did for us. He removed an old pool heater. He was thorough and left the area completely clean. He was professional , knowledgeable and suggested what we will need to get our pool up to par . Thank you Charlie ! 10 Stars !

BEST experience with this company! I called on a thursday and the next day already had a technician at my house. Charlie called me when he was about 30min away to let me know he would be arriving. He got to work right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed our pool heater. We are so thankful to him! He was so polite and friendly and took extra time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. What an exceptional experience especially in a market like Miami where its so hard to find good service. Would recommend them 100%.

Charlie came to my home to fix my pump. Great job and great guy!

They promise to come once a week and they skip some weeks. The manager is never at work. The receptionist are always apologizing and being nice that’s why I gave them 2 stars. Find a better company to take care of your pool.

One of the worst services I’ve ever used.

They don’t come every week and even when they do, the pool is green in 3 days. We didn’t even make it a month before requesting cancellation.

Most recently, we spoke with them 3x throughout the week and they still decided to skip our house for the week. I called Friday and was promised service by 5:30pm as someone was in the area.

Nobody showed up and when I called Saturday (today), I was told someone would come on Monday. Cancelled on the spot.

The services are one of the best and the service staff Juan Leon, he’s really dedicated and professional in his job. All Florida pool & spa center is the best ,I really recommend it.

Charlie is absolutely fantastic! He recently came by to fix a leaky pool pump, and since the pump was new, he didn’t even charge for the visit. It turned out a cracked nut was the issue, which he replaced on the spot, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He handled everything so smoothly and professionally. My pool has never looked so good. Truly a pleasure. Thank you Charlie!
