Remodeling your pool? Go elsewhere....I truly mean it. All Florida Pool and Spa has finally deteriorated beyond repair. I have done business with them for the last 20 years + and in this past year I am just beyond words. I would not recommend to anyone. Remodel demo work is outsourced and they left trash everywhere, including my pool. Scheduling is done with no precision. I took a day off work, no work could be done. Last minute notification that work could start within just a few hours, no time to call out of work. They are fond of doing work with out anyone at home. Well, anytime someone is working on my property, I am going to be home. It's common sense. Assumptions were made about my time. I don't understand when it's so easy to call and make arrangements. Clients want to know when someone is coming. No one came in proper time, like 24 hours after, to clear the lines of a repair which left debris like cement, putty, diamond bright, and other materials to pass through my system and destroy my new pump. NO ONE has even considered that the drain was not clear before turning on the pump!- Where is the professional expertise? I was told my pool would be brought to balance again. It has not. It has been a full 7 days now. A technician came 3 days, after filling and brushed the walls for 2 minutes added chlorine and NO SALT to my salt water pool and left. This is not a balanced pool. This is a pool that I have not been able to use in approximately 2 months. The higher ups are retiring or coming from other fields. I was made to feel that my job was something more to get out of the way. Though I sat idle for a month waiting to hear when the work would begin. I was told to select tiles for the steps that didn't even go with the quality of my pool. How / why would I put porcelain tiles in a pool that has stone? When I inquired about my quote and the tiles I did not use, I was told that I wasn't being charged for them. Really? No company does that. Sonic leak test. There is only one person in Miami that does this well-everyone knows him. Even me. But because he is contracted by AFP, he would not do the test outside of their agreement with me. If you need him call him directly. He was unable to find the leak in my pool because the lines weren't leaking- no discount for not finding the leak. I found the leak after the pool was emptied. My due diligence at work again. My pool sat empty for over 10 days, because of a lack of communication and the tile selection mentioned prior, tile I didn't even need! I am beyond upset. Here's the icing on the cake: I do not care for the color of the new diamond bright. My previous color was richer, darker, more spectacular and warmer- I did not need a heater. When you choose a color for your diamond bright, you choose it from a sample piece approximately 1x3". Then, you're supposed to imagine that in the larger scale. That it would be near the color you wanted. You are assured it would meet the expectation, and trust that the person is telling you the truth, after all, they have a lifetime of experience and employment with that company. Then, when you say it did not meet the expectation, they respond " that's the color YOU chose".
OK- CONSUMERS BEWARE! An old reputation for professionalism, satisfaction and service is just that-An OLD REPUTATION! I'm done.

Charlie vacuumed the pool, replaced the filter and placed a brand new concrete slab for the pool pump to be securely in place. Charlie did all this seamlessly and effortlessly. All the while with a smile on his face!! What a pleasure!!

Worst pool company in ever had. They took over my account from Mike O'Brien. I had them for 3 years and nothing but headaches. They wouldn't show up every week and had to call them. Constantly changing pool techs which I feel were never really trained properly. My last straw with them was this March 2022. I was out of town for 3 weeks and I believe they might have showed up the first week because my daughter was at the house 1 week after I left and said pool looked good. When I arrived home my pool was green as the grass (see pictures). They told me they were out on March 26. I arrived home on March 28 and the attached pictures were what my pool looked like. It would not look like that if they had properly taken care of the pool 2 days before I came home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want major headaches.

Charlie got our heater working, and took the time to help us understand how it all works, which parts are automated with remote, and which ones we can tweak for our preferences like waterfall, etc. Very personable and professional. Definitely recommend.

What a lifesaver! I called this company to assist with my pool as it started looking a little rough. Their staff was so professional and attentive, my pool looked brand spanking new again! I did have to call into their office to discuss a billing issue, but Nelly handled all of my billing concerns and was such a delight to speak with. I definitely felt taken care of and won't be using another company's pool services again!

I purchased my jacuzzi from them and have used them for service since purchasing. The last time I had a slow leak a technician responded however the leak was not properly fixed. I was charged for the “fixing” of the leak and have proof it was not fixed. I will no longer use their services due to shady practices and charging for a job not completed.

In miami, Charley did an excellent job diagnosing a pool heater issue and then making sure he got it fixed as soon as he could.

Charlie (Charles) in Miami has done an amazing job with maintenance and cleaning and fixing a leak in our hot tub. We have recommended him to others and he has done the same amazing job for them

All Florida has been servicing my community pool since we opened back in April 2022. I have absolutely no complaints! Their tech, Jorge Alfaro, services the pool 3 times a week and is extremely efficient. Any issue he notices or preventative measure he feels should be done, he communicates it right away. Pool looks just like the photos I attached EVERY, SINGLE, DAY. Beautiful crystal clear water. I credit this to his hard work. There have been times when it is not his day to come out and I have a question and he always responds and is incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend All Florida if you are shopping around for someone to service your pool.

My swimming pool was in TERRIBLE condition. I contacted Amenity Pools in Miami and pool technician CHARLIE visited my home to begin to clean my pool. Charlie assessed what was needed; and provided the needed chemicals to clear the water. In addition, the pool needed more attention and Charlie traveled immediately from a Hollywood, Florida to address my pool issue. I am MOST appreciative for his attentiveness and professionalism regarding my pool service. Amenity Pools, you have a future customer due to your employee; CHARLIE. THANKS

Friendly staff and service. Would love to give them 5 stars but there was a few things that needed to be done after they left. All in all I would use there service again
