This company is excellent! We needed them for a last minute move out clean and they made it work. The house looked like new and everything sparkled. They worked very hard and effectively. Also, they are fair in their pricing. We highly recommend!

Paula and her team are the best - they did an incredible job cleaning my townhouse from top to bottom - fans to floors. Very professional - very hard workers who take pride in their work. They bring all their own equipment and supplies. Scheduling is easy and Paula will let you know if she is running a little late. Highly recommend!!

I am a picky person when it comes to cleaning. I consider myself a very meticulous and detailed oriented person, so I apply these measurements to any cleaning crew working for me. This company isn't only on time, responsible, committed to their job but also does an excellent job. This is my second time using them for a walk-through vacancy. Can I give 6 or 7 stars? Mr. Bonilla is absolutely amazing. Anyone that I have ever talked to has always been an amazing help and extremely positive. We have only been using this for a few weeks after we left our last provider, but has been EXTREMELY worth it. It showed us how little our last provider did for us and we extremely recommend this fantastic group!

Our HOA used the former All Florida Pools, now Amenity Pool Services. I called them 2 years ago to tell them we were firing them as their services were so poor that the county health department shut our pool down due to it being in such bad shape. But after we fired them, they continued to provide their poor services for 3 months without us even knowing. We found out when our president just happened to be on the premises and saw them working on the pool. Ever since then, they've been hassling us to pay for those 3 months. They actually want us to pay for poor service they were providing even after we fired them. I wouldn't have bothered writing a review except that now Amenity Pool Services is threatening to send our case to collections. They refuse to write off that bill. Anyone planning to hire them should know that's how they do business.

Erick has been maintaining my pool on a weekly basis, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! He’s reliable, always shows up on time, and keeps my pool looking pristine every week. He’s thorough in his work, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions I have about pool care.

Excellent service! The technicians come every week and keep our pool clean and working well. If any issues arrive, the supervisors are always ready to assist! I recently had to call for a small problem with my leaf catcher canister and Brian, the supervisor came over right away and took care of the issue. He was professional and friendly!

Terrible! Left my pool green! I complained and a setting crew came out and the pool continues green. I had their service for 5 months and it was a constant battle for them to do anything. You’re better off with a mom and pop that will actually care about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

I’m very happy with this pool company. They come on time, are very professional ,and everyone who works there is very polite. I recently had a broken pool pump, pool filter, and multiple leaks. They told me Charlie would come to my house to assess the damage and make the necessary repairs. Charlie came immediately to repair each item. He fixed each problem promptly and perfectly. He was also incredible kind, polite, professional and he stayed in contact with me the entire time so that I would know the status of my repairs. I was so impressed with Charlie! He made a potentially very stressful situation manageable (and he also fixed the problem fast so that my water bill wouldn’t be crazy high). Thank you Charlie!

This is the WORST pool service and the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!! I don’t ever leave reviews and I have HAD IT WITH THESE PEOPLE ! I have called numerous times, my pool is GREEN and every time I call someone tells me they can’t reach their service manager and someone will call me back and NO CALLS BACK OR FOLLOW UPS!! I have literally called every single day and they say the SAME EXACT thing - someone will call you back - AND NO ONE EVER DOES!! Steer clear of these people!! They charge more than other pool cleaning companies are worse than anything I have experienced. BE WARNED!!! The reviews here are likely left by their own staff or friends and family.

Tray was amazing! He called to let me know that my service was done and when I went to check it I noticed that my other pool in the house next door (cleaned by another technician) hadn't cleaned properly and Tray was so kind as to brush my other pool and make sure that it was perfect!! Best technician at Amenity!! Thanks Tray!!

Satisfied with Bryant’s response with my pool! I went 7 months with pool services he didn’t complain and make my pool look fantastic like when I first got it installed in my back yard😊😊
