I went online to Google and searched for commercial ac repair in Kendall and I found kool air refrigeration offering emergency ac repair. I called and their technicians showed up within 45 minutes. They were able to identify the issue with the ac at the office and fixed it. We were relieved and glad we reached out to them. If you need ac repair in kendall don't hesitate to reach out.

️Had an issue with our air conditioning late in the evening at our house in Three Lakes. It was one of those days where the heat wouldn’t let up. I called Kool Air Heating & Cooling, and within no time, a tech arrived, diagnosed a bad capacitor, and fixed it on the spot. Super professional and fair on pricing. I am definitely keeping their number for any future AC services.

Contacted Kool Air for a simple tune-up. Making the appnt was fairly easy, and straight forward. Their appnt was schedule for after 12pm, and they arrived around 5pm. After several hours, and what I assumed to be maintenance was completed, I was told they were done. I advised them that it was 85* inside, and climbing. They determined that a capacitor had blown on the outside unit. Before they could upsell, I provided a spare, I thought this would resolve it but the next issue was the thermostat went blank. After pulling the wires out without making note of the order, now the thermostat was dead. Carlos was on the phone trying to resolve the issue until 10pm when a new contractor showed up to help. 11:15pm rolls around and the system began working.. I paid them $500 cash, and they left. At 11:27pm, the ac stopped blowing cold again. The temperature in the house was around 88*. I had to use window units that I have spare for hurricanes to cool two rooms for my wife and kid. The following day, I had two different companies come for a quote, and both said that the system was shot, they have no idea what Kool Air did to it, but it was destroyed.

Although old, the system was perfectly fine before Carlos, and Kool Air arrived. Whatever this untrustworthy individual did, destroyed my family home’s AC. Now I’m forced to pay thousands, upon thousands for a new system. If you use Kool Air, or any associated companies, just be very warned that you may have the same outcome. The system wasn’t that dirty, his words, and yet he managed to destroy it.

Kool Air is HIGHLY not recommended. Be very careful of whom you choose to trust. This company is not it.

Sunday afternoon all of the sudden HVAC is not starting. Desperate we called several numbers no answer, we ran into Kool Air conditioning answer right away and send Rafael, he arrived in 10 minutes. Quickly identified the problem a very dirty water collecting tray and pipes, he took care of all the cleaning, we’ve never seen some much algae, he also performed a through air handler maintenance, and the price was fair considering it was a Sunday. Long story short, if your AC fails on you, call Kool Air.

I live out of state but own a rental property in the Kendall area. Late Wednesday night, I received a call from my tenants saying the AC had completely stopped working — and in this Miami heat, that’s an emergency.
We contacted several companies, but none gave us the confidence we needed — until we found Kool Air Refrigeration and Maintenance.
