I purchased my AC unit from Test and Balance HVAC almost 5 years ago and I have always received a wonderful customer service experience whenever the unit had issues until now, they Never responded my calls and when I called another company they show me how bad they work in my unit

my AC went out on a Saturday they sent someone named Manny who preceded to quote me $500 to fill it with freon BUT HE NEVER TIGHTENED THE VALVE...
he then decided he would speak directly only to my husband and started speaking over my head and when I asked him not to he went into a tirade on my front lawn which I have on video screaming at me and threatening to take the freon back out....

consequentially 3 weeks later there's no more Freon we had to call another company that said the THE VALVE WASN'T EVEN TIGHTENED

I requested a partial refund and never heard back from management...
THERE WAS NO WARRANTY ON MY RECEIPT

and by the way this person Manny claimed to be the owner which I found out he is not

clearly I see all the five star reviews which is why I called them in the first place but I don't mind standing alone and telling my truth
and certainly at the very least management should have contacted me which they have not... we are gathering the information needed for small claims court and may pursue a partial refund that way as it cost us additional monies to have the valve that was not installed properly corrected and have it refilled with freon

the one bright spot about this experience was Maya the office manager... she was always polite and communicative

my experience make your own choice but there are plenty of really great air conditioning services out there I would stay away from this one

Hard to find good people who will go above and beyond to get what you asked for right, even taking the time to explain what is needed and finding the best prices available which here in Miami can be difficult. Manny at Test and Balance is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced techs in the industry. He always ensures to take the best care of his clients and does his work with passion and integrity. He is very quick to take care of issues, always on time, and thorough with the work needing to get done.

I had my ac broke down during the night from sat to sunday, with a toddler and a pregnant wife. I found the number on google and called them ( worst mistake i could have done)
A professional came into my home, checked the AC and changed the capacitor. He said the compressor would last a little more but it was burn too hard to last any longer than what hebsaid, so i asked him if we could change the compressor, bc the ac was a 3ton goodman ac from 2005. All of that was true, but the compressor part. Ac broke down an hour later, he did not offer a revisit, and i asked the lady if i could find the compressor to be installed and she kept calling the technichian to call me instead of solving the issue ( they were both pushing me to make a $5500 purchase for a new ac), and all i was thinking is i wanted to change the compressor. Had a long argument with the tech, hung up, called a friend that had a tech, and i found the compressor and who to install it for less thn $400.
With that being said, take what you will. For me, i wasted $375 on a new useless capacitor that didnt solve my problem and a guy pushing me to buy a $5500 ac unit.

I rarely rate business, but I had to ! Let me tell you not to generalize but to find honesty and timely workers are becoming more and more rare now and days ! With that being said , straight to the point , if you call another company in all of south Florida you are doing yourself a dis service , the person I spoke with is manny , he was as professional as it gets and this is a real post not a robot! Call ☎️ today !

Serviced & fixed our commercial AC unit. They even upgraded our thermostat for free. We’ve had trouble dealing with techs in the past but this company is hands down the best with customer service & execution. 10/10 highly recommend

My A/C stop cooling on the weekend and at night. I didn't think anyone would come out. But I got lucky and Test and Balance HVAC said they could come out and they didn't change a crazy fee ether. They were able to fix it right away. Everyone was very nice and professional. I definitely will use them again and recommend them.

Sometimes good relationships can't be found unless one has a problem. My A/C was only blowing air and no coolant. My tenant was not having it. Summer in Miami with no A/C is basically a health hazard.

Out of all of the calls made in the Downtown to Kendall perimeter - Test & Balance HVAC was the only ones who talked like they wanted the job and they wanted my tenant to sleep comfortably.

Mayra and the tech Jose indicated the 3 issues to be fixed. Quick & direct. I am used to A/C tech people trying to sell you a whole new unit. I am thankful for this good business ally I will keep for years. I have 2 more other jobs for them. Get peace of mind here with Test & Balance HVAC

Outstanding company. I have had Test & Balance to my house on several occasions for air conditioning maintenance and repair. They're technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and personal. They have been readily avaliable whenever I have needed them and recently replaced the blower inside the unit. When I called to let them know My ac wasn't working, they had a tech out within an hr. The office personal are always so kind and empathetic. They are my AC/Heating go to company. I could not ask for better customer service anywhere.

I had an issue with my air conditioner. I gave them a call, and the phone call was answered by a gentleman by the name of Manny. He was very professional on the phone and had a team out at my home within a reasonable time period. When his team arrived, they were also professional and knowledgeable and were able to have my AC back and running that same day. Would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again. 👍😊
