I called Florida Cool Tech Miami after a not so pleasant experience with a previous AC company with whom I had paid for the AC repair a significant amount of money with the belief that the ac in my house was going to function properly, but it didn’t .
I love the effectiveness and professionalism with this company. They respond to your calls immediately, they are very professional and they don’t give you the run around. I highly recommend them 👏👏👌

This company is truly amazing and safe to recommend to anyone. I have used them a few times and I am never disappointed or dissatisfied. They have great prices and all the technicians are amable professionals and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. What I love the most is their honesty. The A/C unit that broke down is very old, in all honesty I was expecting the worst, to my surprise and satisfaction it was just a simple fix. The technician knew exactly what it was just by listening to the sound that the A/C unit was making which was very surprising. I have worked with other companies in the past and none of them have been as great as this company!

I could not recommend a more professional company. I've dealt with other ac companies in the past but Florida Cool Tech is more than just your average ac company. Manny and his crew are amazing! Why?

Our Rheem AC had a leak and electrical thermostat issues. At 14 yrs old, parts were hard to find and expensive, so we opted to replace our AC.

It took 4 days from 1st inquiry to installation, but that’s cause we didn’t make a decision. He was ready to handle our requests immediately. I tend to be skeptical and therefore Google and research a little too much. LOL. We had lots of questions about brands, tons, seers, warranties, quality, insulation, etc.

Manny responded within minutes to every text message and call. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone not only, extremely knowledgeable in their industry, but also professional, kind, understanding, and patient. He provided guidance and recommendations as needed and left us feeling, genuinely cared for.

After comparative pricing, because that’s what I do, I knew he gave a very reasonable quote.

His brother Gabriel and crew came as scheduled and on time. They removed the old AC and installed the new RUNTRU, by Trane, and did so expediently. They also installed insulation to help keep the cool air in.

Everything works great. Now, our house really cools down well & quickly, even with a ton of house guests.

Amazing company! After researching different A/C companies and trying to choose one to work with, I was referred to Florida Cool Tech.. This was one of the best referrals ever. Not only were they attentive from the initial call, but came out quickly to my home.. Very honest. Indicated the time they were arriving and actually arrived a little early!
Highly satisfied with the service provided, same day service which is essential in their business, they were able to install a new blower unit the same day. I would have to say best experience, My technician Gabriel was very professional,knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem on our A/C unit quickly, he also explained everything and why we needed a new blower thanks to the technician that came to my house today 💯% I highly recommend this team

Family-owned business. Manny, Gabriel, and Tommy are excellent. Profesional, on time, friendly, and hardworking. I had a prior contractor that did a poor job with duct work and these guys came in solve many of the issues. They provided fair pricing and did an amazing job. Also, provided with feedback and progress throughout day, then follow up when work was completed. I was up and having AC within 1 day . I felt the job was done right and professionally. Amazing service! No complains techs came out to do maintenance and full coil cleaning on both A/C units and they did an amazing job. They are super professional and courteous.I definitely recommend 100%! Call them you wont regret it.

I have used Florida cool tech for years, they have serviced my home AC for many years and recently I had to replace my unit. They provided me with great service, always communicated with me on install dates, availability, and the team was resourceful. I replaced the ducts in the house as well and the team did a great job. Manny, Tommy, Gabriel and the rest of the team would recommend anytime!

Update Dec 2024:
Another great experience w/ Florida Cool Tech. I recently had my air ducts replaced by them, and they were able to complete the entire project in just one day, which was incredible as I was working against a tight deadline.

I highly recommend FCT or all your HVAC needs. They are a reliable and trustworthy company that provides excellent service.

Installed a new AC and refrigerant lines. Service techs were excellent. They were clean, organized, gave me updates throughout the installation, and explained the reasoning behind certain steps.

I WILL POST ANOTHER REVIEW WITH THE TEXT THREADS WITH THE OWNER IF THATS WHAT IT TAKES TO RUN THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB AFTER WEEKS OF BEING PROMISED ON MULTIPLE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS THAT THE JOB WOULD BE COMPLETED. THE OWNER BEGGED US TO TRUST HIS WORD AND HE JUST STOLE OUR MONEY. WE STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN OUR PAYMENT SENT BACK TO US AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT BACK. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNER SHOULD BE IN JAIL!

I can’t thank Manny and his team enough! They helped us upgrade our entire AC system to include adding and moving air ducts. They are extremely hardworking, punctual and efficient. Truly a great group of guys and I recommend them to everyone!

I called Florida Cool Tech because the AC unit at my rental property was not cooling. I spoke with Tommy over the phone and he responded immediately, by going to the rental property, and fixing the problem. He was extremely professional, friendly, and very pleasant to work with and very kind and respectful to my tenants.
I am extremely happy with how thorough he was in diagnosing several issues with the unit, and followed up with me and my tenants on a regular basis regarding the status of the unit.
After dealing with several other inefficient AC companies, I
definitely only want Tommy and his team to work on my AC.

Beware — In my opinion, this is a scam.
I placed my trust in this company, but the owner has continually given me excuse after excuse, making false promises and misleading me both over the phone and through messages. The experience has been extremely stressful and dragged on far longer than it should have. I now believe this was never a genuine transaction. Completely dishonest behavior. Avoid at all costs.

Hello, I sincerely advise everyone to be very careful. Emmanuel from cool tech. He doesn't pay his debts. He does not answer the phones when he owes you the completion of a payment or services. I've been through their warehouse and they're never there. Coincidentally, one of the times that I tried to go to have my paid work completed, I found a paper taped to the door of where they are supposedly located, referring to some company that told them that they would pay what they were given regarding glass. which worries me even more. as of today nothing. take care of them. and if necessary take legal action. Somehow they will have to respond. It is my humble and sincere opinion.
