What a fantastic job Frank Martinez did with the unit and changing the thermostat , he even took care of some duct work that was coming apart and even fixed the lint hose on my dryer a true professional who cares about his craft!!!! Mayra was about the nicest person I have encountered on the phone in a very long time!!.

I contacted Test and Balance HVAC to put new AC units in my warehouse in Doral and I really couldn’t be any happier with the results and service they provided. They are super responsive and completed the job on time and as promised. Also great pricing on the work. Definitely be sure to contact them for any AC work you may need you won’t regret it they are the best.

When my AC unit was beyond repair, Test and Balance replaced it wry efficiently and quickly with a new system at a very reasonable cost. They were polite, neat, and on time. They are above all honest and a pleasure to work with. I would never call anyone else and recommend them highly.

My AC unit decided to die on a Sunday at 5pm. After calling several companies where no one answer I tired Test and Balance HVAC and Mayra answered. She was so nice and her tech Frank was here before the eta. Great communication and friendliness on a Sunday night. They couldn’t fix my ac because the motor died but made arrangements so I can get a new ac unit the next day. Very happy with their service!

I had problem with my Ac unit and they came out the same day and fix the problem and with my mom being on a oxygen machine they made sure they made my house cold 🥶 because it's late stores are closed 🙃 and it's a 2hour job but still made it comfortable for my mom I'm forever grateful and they gained a loyal client...very excellent customer service, responds fast and explain every detail for the situation and love they're phone representative she's a sweetheart

I have been using Manny and his team for several years. They are the most reliable, trusting, and honest people you can do business with. Manny ALWAYS answered my call, day or night. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any kind of A/C work. They can handle both residential as well as commercial. They were able to respond late at night and figure out the issue with my A/C. They were also able to find the part within the next day and fix my A/C. Great Service they are a ton of help and recommend to anyone.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I reached out inquiring on an HVAC and Air Quality Assessment for a commercial job serving a large client, I sent information about the job details, to ensure they could provide the services needed. They agreed, and assured me they could handle the job.

After we went under contract, and Manny went to the site for initial inspection, he straight up ghosted me. I reached out inquiring about them completing the work, or an update on where the project is... CRICKETS. Both Manny and Mayra completely abandoned the project they assured they could complete and didn't have enough respect or decency to notify me.

Absolute trash, I would not recommend this company.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service by this company. Bad customer service and does not follow up with you when needed. I decided to go with Air Around the clock.

I literally highly recommend anyone to this place I have been staying in my house for 30 years and we had numerous air conditioning companies come and some will lie about the price or lie about what’s really the problem just to get more money out you and you will still end up having a problem sooner or later again until I called this company this company is absolutely positively the best they have great pricing and they will fix what the problem really is and you won’t ever have another issue again.. The outstanding customer service from Mayra she is so unbelievably outstanding she is very helpful very professional and a great people person I love people like that and the workers she had come to our house omg these guys are monsters 😂 they are literally great at their craft and they finished a whole house wit 5 rooms they put up 7 new vents throughout the house in the hot sun in 2 days and they are so nice I never seen that in my life they are dedicated to their work and I love that I highly recommend anybody in the world to them one hundred percent sure you get your moneys worth 💯💯

I recently had my annual coil cleaning and AC maintenance done by Test & Balance HVAC, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Technicians Jose Sanchez and his partner were punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, cleaned the coils with great care, and made sure the system was running at peak performance before they left. I noticed an immediate improvement in both airflow and cooling throughout the house.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the respect they showed for my home—leaving everything clean and tidy. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction.

On the other hand, Mayra and Manny have built a fantastic team and a company that truly puts the customer first. Their communication, scheduling, and follow-up were all seamless and professional. I’ll definitely be calling Test & Balance HVAC again next year, and I’m happy to recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors!

Manuel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a bad experience with another company and we were desperate for answers as to what went wrong since the other company wasn't providing solutions. He came and did a thorough assessment of the work, recommended next steps to remediate the situation and extensively explain every detail and patiently answered every question. Although we haven't engaged their services yet, I can tell they have a good system to ensure things work appropriately after work is done, unlike the other company we unfortunately engaged previously. I wish we had known about their services earlier.
