If I could give zero stars, I would. The AC itself is fine, but the customer service is unbelievably bad. Missed appointments, no follow-ups, and every call felt like I was inconveniencing them for asking about a service I paid for. No accountability, no communication, no urgency. When something goes wrong, good luck getting help. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that actually cares about its customers.

I had a very poor experience with this company. They installed an AC unit without the heating component that was supposed to be included, even though my contract clearly shows that I paid for a heater. When I contacted them about the issue, they tried to claim I had electrical problems, which was not true. I later had another licensed AC company inspect the unit, and they confirmed that the heating component was never installed. I’ve been calling for days to schedule the installation, but they have not returned my calls or voicemails. Due to the lack of honesty and complete lack of follow-up, I would not recommend this company.

I hired this HVAC company to install my AC unit, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. The installation itself was poorly done, and shortly after the job was completed, issues became apparent that should never happen with a professional installation.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of follow-up. I have called and emailed multiple times to address the problems, and no one has returned my calls or responded to my messages. Once payment was made, communication stopped entirely.

When you hire an HVAC company, you expect quality work and accountability—especially for something as essential as air conditioning. Sadly, I received neither. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer support.

I purchased an ac unit with heater 2 years ago from them. Finally decided to turn the heater on and no hot air came out. I contacted them and they sent out a worker. I was told I have electrical issues and this is the reason why my heater wasn't working. I have been calling for 3 days, left multiple voice messages and have not heard back from this company. I called another company to come fix the heater. The guy opens the ac component and theres no heater installed. This company is a scam and I urge everyone to do business elsewhere. I have sent emails, left voice messages, and sent a picture of no heater. No one has called me. Horrible company

Where do I start? Running into an unexpected issue with my AC wasn’t something I expected at all, or at least not until another 10-15 years.
The AC unit went bad and immediately contacted FCT. They went out the very same day to check what the problem was. With a temporary fix, to sleep well at that night, they came out the following day again and fixed the issue.
Their response time, their knowledge and with 30 years experience, I couldn’t have contacted a better company to do the job!

I was recommended to this company. They answered all my questions before they even came to inspect my unit. Once they arrived they did a thorough inspection of everything. A cleaning was required which has so far made a difference. The fact that they are taking all the steps required in order to mediate the problem before pressuring to purchase a new unit is honest work. So, am hopeful that the problem is a permanent fix. Thanks again for the great work and will recommend to others.

I have been having issues with my AC unit since I moved into my new home. I bought pre-construction and the devleoper has made getting anything fixed impossible. They respond to emails with no type of care. It turns out that they had originally installed the units incorrectly and were dragging their feet. I called and spoke to Manny. He couldn't have been nicer and more willing to help. He immediately found the issue and sent his crew out to fix it. His crew was very clean, organized and professional. It's hard to find honest people in the world and even harder in Miami. But please hear me when I tell you that I found one here. Manny will not try to upsell you or gouge you. He will charge and honest fee for honest work. I will only use Manny and his team for any of my AC needs and recommend him to everyone. Call them without fear. You are in good hands.

I highly recomend this company. It was my first time contacting them and they got the technitian over to my house in a few hours that same day, even though I called them at 5 pm with my leaky AC problem. Very professional and great communication, from the owner and the technician. They don't let you wondering if someone will show up. They gave me a time window, and he showed up right on time, fixed the leak, which involved more work than just unclogging the tubes, my AC drain tube had a fisure too. Great work, I will use their service again for sure.

Tommy and Manny are extremely professional. They kept us updated every step of the way as we ventured in purchasing a new AC unit for our home. They shared pictures of our old unit with us (which gave me such assurances, no other AC tech has ever done that with me). We had so many questions and they patiently and graciously answered them all happily. It gave our family peace of mind to know we were not left to fend for ourselves. I hired Florida Cool tech while I was doing a major renovation in my house where the AC unit had to be moved to a different location in the house. First I met tommy through a problem I had with my ac and every other Company wasn't able to fix it. But tommy came and fixed it right away. Then I had to change my unit because it was to old and they came out and changed the unit at a great price. I'm truly grateful for florida cool tech!
