WARNING: I paid this company over $18,000 to create a door for my wine room, with most of the money paid in early 2024. Emmanuel of Florida Cool Tech has promised over and over that the door was being shipped within 24 hours and that he would send me tracking information. Many months after receiving these assurances I have received nothing and now he does not return my calls. I am pursuing all of my legal remedies and I believe I have the victim of a significant fraud. I would AVOID Florida Cool Tech at all costs. Feel free to message me for more details if you wish.

I can’t say enough good words about them, very professional super polite. My apt AC was in terrible situation like 50 years old unit, no cooling at all, rusted, needed a new one. Manny from Florida cool tech came over to our house and went through with professionalism, expertise on duct work and our AC unit. Immediately he was able to see that our ducts needed to be changed because they were 30 years old and a lot of them had holes in them. Both our AC units were about 15 years old aswell. I had Manny and his dad Tommy give us a quote, after getting quotes from 4 companies Florida cool tech was extremely competitive but what made me pick them is truly their knowledge on all things hvac related. This company does there banking with me and I decided to give them a try. They didn’t disappoint. I changed my split system which was a 5 ton unit. 9/3/2020. I have used Florida Cool Tech for the past two years for my air-conditioning needs. We know that in South Florida our AC systems take a beating and you are going to, at some point, need service you can depend on. Look no further than Tommy and Manny. They return your calls, keep you in the loop, and show up on time. Most of all: They get the job done and they do a great service for a fair price. I had a whole new system installed, including a UV light to fight COVID, as well as new insulation in the attic. The air runs quietly, efficiently, and keeps the house at 74 degrees. : D

Florida Cool Tech did a great job. They showed up on time, were professional and diligent. Their pricing is reasonable and are very communicative. Will definitely use them again for my AC-related needs and highly recommend.

This is another update on the unethical, illegal nature of this company, Manny in particular. Manny stole my money in April of 2025 and in the past 6 months he has promised to pay it back but has not done so. They never did the work but took the money. I filed a small claims court and am going back to court to have the sheriff locate him and bring him to court. AVOID this company and read the Better Business Bureau and other reviews. Lots of people have the same issue. They take your money, don't do the work, and then make up 100 excuses for not paying you. They should not be in business. AVOID them.

Just want to start off by saying that I looked for many AC companies for my project, some didn’t even send a quote, some didn’t even answer and most gave me a crazy high price. Then I found Florida cool tech, honestly the moment I spoke to manny I realized his expertise and knowledge of his trade was exactly what I was looking for. So I thought that the quote would be extremely expensive. But once I got the quote back I was surprised at the great price they left it in. I immediately said yes and from the quoting process to the actual work process everything was smooth and super organized. I’m super happy with my new AC unit and new ducts. Once again if you’re looking for a great ac company, with a fair price, and the knowledge to complete the job you don’t have to look any more. You found the right people. Manny and Tommy from Florida cool tech were amazing. We had to change both units in our business and not only were there amazing in price they were also extremely fast. If you’re looking for a family owned property they are here to help you and truly have the knowledge to do it. I recommend them 100%. I’ve seen some of the negative comments and reviews and I’ll be honest it’s nothing to do with my experience. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would.

My AC broke on 10/22/2025 at 8:31pm, and I called Florida cool tech at that time. I told them I wanted to replace my AC because it was 18 years old. Not only did they answer my call but also gave me a quote within 30 minutes. The next day on 10/23/2025 at 8:00am I had Florida cool tech at my house with the new AC unit ready for install. I truly loved their quickness and professionalism. I recommend them to anyone that has any AC need. I’m a very satisfied customer and would give them more stars if I could.
