I’m blown away they have a 5 star review. That was not the service we received. We went through our home warranty company and this was the company they sent. Long story long but must read:) he came vacuumed out water, drained some lines and told me we may have a coil issue but wasn’t sure ( isn’t that your job to find out!?! Said to check back in 2 days and if water is in the tray again to call the insurance company and have them send SOMEONE else out there. Quite honestly when he told me that I knew we weren’t getting The best service and was quit disappointed. Keep reading there’s more .... The very next day the ac shuts off again, the pan was full of water but NOW our ac unit is leaking in new areas and our ceiling is saturated with water and dripping into our bedroom ( our ac unit is in the attic) . When I called and spoke to the company and told them what happened they said they would have someone come back to take a look and when I mentioned the water damage he stated it wasn’t their fault. I was blown away he took no ownership or consideration that his tech could possible do something negligent. We now have a HUGE water mark In our ceiling major water damage that is very noticeable and wasn’t there before and an even worse an ac unit leaking water in other areas. He stated it was a previous issue and so I asked him if that was true then why didn’t your technician fix the water leak or bring it to our knowledge? If it was there before did he take a picture of it for his own records? He couldn’t answer that. He told me to call the warranty company and have them decide what they want to do. 😨
they sent the same technician back to try to fix the issue (so I thought) and he left again without resolving the problem and this time didn’t even attempt to try to fix it. Told the warranty company that the diagnosis was a Maintenace issue which was a lie. We had a reputable company come out to take a look that same day since he left our house without fixing the issue and it was more in-depth than that. This company is untrustworthy, lazy and very inexperienced.Use them at your own risk They did more harm Than good :( ( please feel free to check my other reviews for credibility, I rarely give negative ones )

Very good service and the best prices on Miami. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Without any hesitation, I recommend Doing Service LLC for any AC problems. I'm beyond impressed with not only the quality of their work, but the quality of their character. They were thorough, respectful of our needs, and delivered as promised. I found them to be very transparent. Their estimate was detailed and thorough. They were flexible when we wanted to make changes . They were always able to answer any questions. I couldn't be happier with the results.

This company came to me through my home warranty insurance. Alejandro is very professional and accommodating. He and his partner did a great job with the installation of my new central air conditioning system. They were professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Their service is priced fairly and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs air conditioning and refrigeration services.

I agree with Michelle below. They are also contractors for the rip off home warranty company Choice Home Warranty (you can check out my review on them) Choice Home Warranty is currently in litigation with the state of Arizona for fraudulent practices, wish I did my due diligence as I always do with any vendors before signing with them.

While I hate leaving this bad review as the mechanics sent by Doing Service were extremely nice, nice does not make up for me spending $1,800 on a new a/c condenser only to discover It didn’t work and a weekend w/o air and sleepless nights in the stifling heat and them showing up 3 hrs late to check the unit out!

At the end of the install I told the mechanic I didn’t feel cold air, he said as my unit was w/o air for 2 wks and it was hot it may take a few hours. This was on Friday, Oct 9, so I waited. On Saturday morning the house still felt the same. Checked the thermostat, it was set @ 60 degrees house temp registered 80! I called and sent them a pic of the thermostat. They DO NOT have emergency or weekend service and made me wait until Monday.

Monday they set my appt btw 11a-3:00p. They showed up at 6:00p. I guess the fact they had my money and my brand new unit was totally not working wasn’t priority or important to them. The mechanic said that the previous mechanic installed something incorrectly therefore all the Freon escaped. He had to basically reinstall the entire unit and go out purchase more Freon to add. It was a 2.5 hr job!

Also, my maintenance manager caught them hoisting the 2.5 ton condenser between 2 men, our condo property a/c is located on the roof, after putting the unit in the elevator and then hoisting it up the roof stairs wherein the condenser became jammed at the opening and scratched the unit! Instead of bringing a crane which all a/c companies do as I later found out and as mandated and instructed by my condo association as well as putting themselves in danger not to mention possible property damage.

This has been, without a doubt, the best part of having my old original, 18 years old AC breakdown. Navigating the home warranty service company was not, like it never is, particularly pleasant. But dealing with Alejandro and his crew was a new experience in the realm of home repairs. Quiet, meticulous, thorough, clean, considerate they made that which is never a welcomed experience, to have strangers in your most personal space at home, tearing at things to repair and replace, almost enjoyable. The prospect of having to replace the original 2004 AC from the Townhouse is expected but dreaded, specially dealing with a home warranty service that never quite delivers on your expectations, but Alejandro and his Doing Service LLC crew made it painless and with the quality delivery of goods and service that results in a better quality of life, with a working AC here in Florida, for a Pair of always at home retirees worth the money and fully enjoyable. I am very pleased with the CCAC service, which included removal of old AC equipment and installation of new one.

The tech did something, that now the fan on my thermostat is not turning on? He unplugged something on the a/c unit, left it on the water heater and left a small piece of wire there as well. I call and was told he would call me but her never did. When I called back again Gina said he could not come back until four days later???

Guys were awesome 😎 you have good guys working for you ! He cleaned my coil I thought the prices was a little to much I was told 2 guy were coming here but only 1 and he was fast did not take him long did a good job but no parts just cleaned coil a 1000 dollars was a lot is my only complaint

Expensive, expensive, expenses ! We called these people to have the air conditioning system cleaned. They send out a repair man. He says he doesn't do that work. He'll have to get the other guy from his company to come out. pay me 95$ for 10 minutes of doing nothing, LOL. Don't worry, it's deductible from the absurd price of $825 to clean an air conditioning coil. After we
Told him that was ridiculous. He talked to his manager outside and the price dropped by 200 dollars. Whatever! Still an absurd price. Don't do business with these people. If you do, make sure you ask how much before they come out.

A/C wasn’t working and technician was able to come by within a couple of hours. Super happy with service. Trustworthy and friendly staff. Howard was great and truly showed how much he cared about getting the job done right and making customers feel comfortable and reassured in a stressful situation.
