This company is absolutely phenomenal to say the least. 🙏 Everyone we worked with, every team member that helped fix our A/C was truly great. Our A/C never worked this well in our experience. Everyone was super courteous, kind and informative. The service was thorough. The issues with the A/C (there were a few) were identified on Friday and completely fixed the next day. For a rather involved job, everything was done extremely quickly. I so appreciate this company. 🙏✝️💯🥇

Central Comfort is absolutely amazing. My family and I are extremely happy with the process of our Air Duct replacement and Unit replacements. Alex Sr, Alex Jr, Yesenia, and Gilbert have an amazing eye for detail and made the experience feel like we were working with family! solving skills oriented. The issue was resolved in less than 24 hours on Christmas Eve. P

They installed a new air conditioning system in my Mom’s home. Patrick did a great job explaining the process and provided a competitive price for the system and installation. The crew who installed were timely, professional and neat. I plan to continue working with them and referring them to others.

Finally found an efficient, knowledgeable company to service my air conditioner. They succeeded where other companies have failed. Team responded quickly to my call and sent Patrick out the same day. He was able to quickly pinpoint the problem and fix it. thank you

☆☆☆My original review is below but I must tell you this. "Yesenia" kept in contact even after this review. She was persistent, paid attention to my needs, budget and timeline. I couldn't ask for more.
Her service was night and day compared to the tech that originally came out. I personally would suggest restraining or even terminating the tech. But that's just me.

I would suggest you call her if you need anything. Fast, efficient and on time. She does what she says. Compared to others, I didn't need to do a thing. Thank you!

$150 Service calls are a waste of time with this company. My unit needs freon. They won't even take the time to look at the unit, they just want to sell you a $12k replacement. I would not recommend them at this point.

Fast, Fair, Friendly. The entire team made the process effortless.. woke up without air.. next day, handler and condenser units replaced.

Called to schedule a semiannual maintenance service andinformed they do not performed work until payment of $9. This is mandatory to have someone come and look at it to run a diagnostic. I explained I just wanted a local company to perform semi-annual maintenance and that the hvac unit is performing fine. I was told it won’t be possible until they come out initially and charged $95 (minimum) for a perfectly working hvac unit. Simply ridiculous not to have a company just perform preventative maintenance.

I called Central Comfort Air Conditioning Company to fix my air conditioner. The first time they charged me $6,000 After i called them 3 years later to fix up the same air conditioner. The second time I called again, they charged me $150 to come to see the problem. That’s fine but later they called me and said to fix it up, it’ll be $2,307.80 but they reduce the 150 they charged first. They also gave me a warranty for 3 months. I called him before 3 months and they charged 150 to come BACK again. So I told them, that’s not fair because I am UNDER warranty and they said NO. They wanted to charge $150 more to visit, So I said, "oh no, thank you very much and I appreciate it". I called to another company and they charged me $650 for another air conditioner blower I have in my house with the SAME problem I had before. You see the difference between the first and second one with the same problem!?. This company overcharged me, has bad service, and I won’t recommend to anyone or come here again.

We had a total coolant leak on our 7 year old high end AC. Two companies came out and with little more than a cursory glance, both said the machine (still under warranty) was old and would be 6-8k minimum to fix. They offered us quotes in the $13-17K range on a replacement. When the rep from this company came, he took the time to look at it closely and was so knowledgeable. He said the cause of the leak was a common one and other than that the machine was great. The company was quick to get the parts and changed the coils and the compressor for a fraction of what the others quoted. They did it willingly and professionally and not only will we use them for any future service but when we do have to get a new AC, we will trust their guidance and expect to get it and install it with them. A jewel of a company and team. Thank you for your ethics and competency.

If you are looking for professionals who answer the phone when you need them, super organized with advanced electronic communications, profesional techs that are knowledgeable, respectful who work clean and efficiently, look no further. I installed a 5 ton top of the line Trane unit and they were the most reasonable lower price between all other 3 estimates that I had done, from certified Trane techs. VERY smooth process. I highly recommend this company!!!

Update 9/5/24

I had to call today for a tech to come to the house for an issue that I had with the A/C. When I called the lady on the line was so nice and proficient. Before I hung up the phone I had already received a text and email verifying my appointment on the same day!!!!

This lady called me back to tell me that the tech was running a little behind (30 minutes, nothing!)

When the tech arrived, he was very professional. It turns out that my whole house filter needed to be cleaned. He took the time to wash it, dry it, reinstall it and wait to see that the a/c was working properly. The charge was $000. This company is the best I’ve seen in a long time.

Update 12/5/24

Today I scheduled my free included maintenance for the unit. Technician Carlos came to my house and believe me, if you think it is a scam where they just clean your filter, IT IS NOT! They do a thorough inspection of the unit, visual and with instruments to check pressure, voltage, cleanliness of air handler, drain line and of course the filter. My drain line was half clogged (my fault!) Jesenia and Jesica were in constant communication with phone calls, texts and emails. From scheduling to following up with the service. I ended up subscribing for the twice a year maintenance. I think that with all my POSITIVE experiences with this company and with I witness in their performance of service and installation, this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in general. They are all high end, hi tech, and BEST customer service company. I can not say enough on how good they are overall. Ten out of ten. Don’t waste your time looking for anything else.

Just had a service call using my service plan. Like always, this company is amazing. The technicians, office everything they do is above standard. On this device call the investment of extended service and warranty probably paid for itself or more.

I just had an upgraded UV light installed in the Air Handler. Not only the appointment was scheduled by the office but the technician, Christian Rodriguez, was such a professional. When you talk to him you can tell that he is highly knowledgeable for the job that he is doing. He was very meticulous in installing the equipment. I continue to believe that this is probably the best AC company in South Florida.

Carlos and the staff was an absolute pleasure! From the beginning, the call was easy to schedule and an appointment was readily available. I was kept informed before Carlos arrived and upon his arrival he took his time to educate me, allowed me to ask questions and really helped me understand what I needed to do to get the best efficiency out of my unit. He was also very meticulous with how he went about my property, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

I have worked with numerous field techs and can say without hesitation that I have never met a tech willing to share their knowledge and expertise, while maintaining excellent Customer Service skills and ensuring cleanliness. Carlos is a needle in a hay stack and the company is lucky to have him!

Patrick was efficient, polite, and demonstrated excellent customer service from start to finish. He handled the job with care and professionalism, and the quality of his work truly shows. I appreciate his attention to detail and positive attitude! He did a great job, and I would gladly recommend him.

Great Service, Great Employees, Great Price, and Perfect Delivery!

I am thankful that I decided to call Central Comfort Air Conditioning to replace Air Conditioning in a Home in South Florida. My pleasant encounter on the phone was with a wonderful employee, Yesenia. She has a great knowledge of the company's products, and she possesses excellent interpersonal skills. I was about to call at least three companies to compare service, costs, and reliability.

At my first phone conversation with Yesenia, I had no other need to call another AC Company. In less than four days, the AC unit was installed. The installers had gone beyond duties to ensure that the installation was done perfectly, and they left the unit clean with wonderful AC Air.

I must say that I could write pages of recommendations because of the quality of the service I received. However, I want to recommend anyone with Air Conditioning needs to call Central Comfort Air Conditioning.

Wow, I would want to say more than this page can allow. But, in ending I would say to Yesenia to keep up the great smile, the great attitude, and the great customer service that she demonstrated to me. Thank you very much!

Great to do business with. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable especially Yesenia! She’ answered everyone of my million questions and is the reason I went with the Company. She’s the best! Lee the installer was very conscientious and did a great job.

This is a really good company. I have worked with them for over ten years and they are always very professional. They sell quality products and do good work on installation. They always let me know when they are coming and address my needs right away. With installation they were professional and neat and considerate. I feel fortunate to have found a good company such as this to work with. This time they replaced a 12-year old unit. I also have a maintenance contract with them. They are the only company I know that understand split A/C systems.
