My outside AC blower suddenly stopped working, and it turned out the capacitor had gone bad. I called Jody from TemPros early on a Sunday morning, and he picked up right away. He came out quickly (within 2 hours), diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had the part replaced on the spot. The system was back up and running in no time.

I really appreciated how responsive and professional Jody was especially being there for me on a Sunday morning. Great service, fair price, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend TemPros for any AC issues!

I recently had Anthony come out to fix my AC, and he did an excellent job. We had a little problem with the unit before he arrived, but Anthony diagnosed it quickly and fixed it perfectly. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I really appreciate his great service and highly recommend him!

We are comfortable and cool in our home again. The service request was promptly accepted, no extra premium fees for weekend visit, and no fee for inspection of the problem before repairs and it was priced affordable for me (<$700). They are located in west Kendall in the hammocks area. I highly recommend them

This place is very unprofessional. I called once to ask for a quote and they hung up in my face. I called back a few more times and they ignored my call. Then when they finally picked up they tried to speak Spanish like I didn’t know how to speak it. Then begins to tell
Me he can’t give me a quote that it doesn’t work like that so I ask how does it work I have a small business that needs his product and services then he hangs up on me. This is the worst customer service ever. Don’t do business with these guys.

Very professional installation and very great service. Fast easy and extremely affordable. Being without A/C in south Florida is not a fun thing. Very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism that this company displayed through and through. Highly recommended.
