I was referred to Tempros by my Mom, because she said she never had a problem with their work. Now I'm telling you I've never had a problem with their work. And that goes from the simple checkup to changing both my inside and outside units and everything in between. They've always been kind, professional, and prompt. Even if that meant showing up on a Sunday when my house was baking in the middle of the summer or educating me on how to better maintain my system. I would highly recommend them.

I feel I must share the extremely positive experiences I’ve had with Tempros Air. Specifically with Jody, the owner and his staff. We all know that when your AC goes out in South Florida; it’s an emergency. Every time I’ve had to call Jody he’s been prompt to respond and they are honest in pricing. I recall on 2 or 3 occasions when they responded to my calls they did not charge me a dime because it was something simple. On one of those occasions I had an AC leak between the 1st and 2nd floor and Jody showed up with a helper and after 2 hours they found the leak and fixed it. Again I was not charged a penny. Their ethical standards are superior to that of many companies. They are very honest and loyal to their customers. I therefore highly recommend Jody and Tempros to anyone who needs AC repairs.

Had a great experience the first time around and anytime I hear someone needing a/c work, I give them this company's info. Good service at a fair price is hard to find in Miami! I will continue to use and refer them.

March 2022. I recently had a central a/c problem and was referred to Tempro’s A/C by a close friend. When I called them, they quickly made an appointment to come out the next day. They determined the unit was not worth repairing & gave a reasonable quote on a new replacement 4-ton Goodman a/c including both the air handler & the condensing unit. I previously had a 3.25-ton unit, and it simply was never enough to effectively cool my house. We agreed to a reasonable price, and they came out the next day to complete the entire installation in about 6 hours. The technicians that came out were polite, professional & knowledgeable. Andrew & Eduardo were very detail-oriented in their work to make the entire install a quality job. I’m very picky myself & was glad they were here doing this job. The new air handler blows cool air like a cyclone and it cools my house in no time at all. They also provided an excellent warranty that was 10 years on parts and 2 years on labor. I like that fact that I don’t have to worry about any possible expenses over the next 2 years. I will continue to use Tempros in the future. Thank you.

awesome service and great customer care, he came out and fixed my ac unit when my blower motor broke down even after regular hours within the hour. Great company, would recommend to anyone in Miami area.

Wow wow wow! If I could give 100 stars I would. Got back in from out of town tonight (Saturday) at 11pm to a broken ac and an 88 degrees house. I wanted to cry. Went on next door app and searched “emergency ac” and this company came up first. Looked them up online and when I saw the tons of excellent reviews… I called. I was prepared to either be charged a lot at 11pm, or be told they can come on Monday. The amazing owner told me he’d be here within 15 min and came and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Friendly, reliable, and willing to work! We need more businesses like this one, thank you Jody!!! You are the absolutely best and have earned a customer for life!!!
