First of all let me thank you for resolving my A/C issue at the house. I have always been impressed by all your techs that you have dispatched to our house to install and service our A/C during the many years.
I just want to make a comment about Manny (Yasmani). This problem was a difficult to resolve. It was a matter of replacing a faulty part or component as we are used to. Manny had to take everything into consideration since all temperature and pressures were correct in the spectrum. I had other A/C techs come out and they could not figure it out. He was so, so thorough with his diagnose. Patiently he checked every single aspect of the HVAC system. Including the air-flows and duct work which was recently replaced.
He made some changes to the printed circuit control board,on the air-handler, added some Freon to optimist the performance of the compressor. He even tapped closed the opening on the wall behind the hallway thermostat so the warm humid air in between the wall would not affect the wall thermostat sensor.
Very, very Impressed.
Not only that he figured out that the main problem that we were experiencing with the supply air and return air flows. He even spoke to my duct contractor and explained to him what he found and suggested adjustments to be performed.
Last night my house finally reached 70-degrees last night after 5-days where the indoor temp would only go down to 77-degrees during the day time and 74-degrees during the night with the A/C running non-stop. I thought I was going to burn out the unit.
This afternoon I have the thermostat set to 76-degrees and the system is cycling on and off keeping the house very comfortable keeping the indoor humidity level at 48%.

I have finally learned my lesson. No one else will touch our HVAC besides Cool Breeze while I’m still here…

I had an excellent customer experience with Cool Breeze because of their AC technician Eliezer, who was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time . He identified the problem very quickly and he replaced the capacitor. He also called back several times, to follow up and make sure that the AC was working properly. Paid over $5,000 for a new unit and now the second year (after warranty expires) naturally, all the problems begin. I called in for service and they want $150 just to have someone come out. For a brand new unit, this is unacceptable. I’ll just troubleshoot it myself since this company clearly ripped me off. The first service call should at LEAST be free. This is going to be a case where ChatGPT is used to replace repair-people who come out and gouge people for unnecessary services. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Customer service was just clerking me. Here’s a hint, save yourself at LEAST $150 and type your AC’s model into chat GPT and let it fully diagnose your issue. Turns out we don’t even need their services. DO BETTER.

Horrible experience. Classic bait and switch. We had planned and got an estimate for them to install modern linear ac vents. When the workers came to install them they cut holes in our ceiling and told us they were unable to install what we had a contract for. They installed something different and now we have mold water damage all in our attic. They also wanted to continue with the price of the original estimate of the modern linear ac vents. Even though the materials, man hours was way less then the contractor we agreed to when we signed the contract.

Honestly- I’ve never had a bad experience. I purchased my AC through a program with FPL. National Air and Heat was a business I used prior to this. There was an issue with my maintenance plan and they took care of it right away. They made it to my home quickly and resolved my issue and it has never been so smooth. The tech was super professional and very nice. Angel the manager called me personally to help resolve the issue. Even my follow up call with Luisa regarding maintenance was pleasant. Highly recommend.

I have used the service a few times now and the technicians are always friendly, professional, and well trained – they work quickly and prices are always reasonable. I also appreciate the fact that they give you quick appointments and communicate well- Sometimes that is hard to find. I will continue to use them and highly recommend.
