UPDATED REVIEW: FEBRUARY. 20TH, 2026, Tech Ruben just completed my second service of my yearly maintenance plan, Ruben was professional and very thorough, he explained in details of the different options that National Pro offers to correct the issues he found in my A/C unit unfortunately I am not able to do the work at this tine, when I am able to do the work I will use Nation Service Pro. They are, reliable, committed to making the customer happy! Angel was awesome in scheduling my appointments. The customer is well informed via text and email from start to finish in all aspects of the process. Alejandro was on point in diagnosing the issue. I was pleased with the estimate he presented me with, I hired them on the spot. To finalize the recognition of the 5 stars. The team of Techs, Alfredo and Nocerio, were on time, equipped with high end equipment to work with, and did a great job. It is difficult to find honest businesses that hold strong work ethics, value their customers and stand behind their work, I found this in National Service Pros, Thank you Team you were all super. (I was not offered anything in return for a review, I was so happy with the outcome, and with this cool air that I am enjoying as I write, that I felt a need to share this positive experience, so others can also take advantage of calling a Company that is highly recommended, they have earned it and are deserving of the recognition. Today I had my first service visit from the Maintenance plan I signed up for through National Pro Service. I can't say enough of how extremely satisfied I am with their service. Justin the Tech was absolutely the best, he was knowledgeable, informative, patient in answering my questions, went out of his way to explain what he was doing, and offered advice on how to care for the unit which was so very helpful. Justin arrived exactly at the scheduled time, he was professional, courteous, cordial and very pleasant, he is definitely an expert in his field, he immediately gained my trust, I knew I was in great hands, he went above and beyond to provide quality work they always exceed my expectation. National Service Pros hasn't failed me yet, on the contrary I continue to get pleasantly surprised when I call them with any issues. They are all very reliable and accommodating they work with you not against you, and they are never pushy or make you feel that they are in a hurry to finish the job, they get the job done right the first time.

I hired National Air & Heat to replace three old units in my home after having several HVAC companies come look. Carlos from National Air & Heat was very straightforward and made great recommendations on how to best set up the zones. Their pricing beat the other competitors as well. The day of the install, Rodolfo and the rest of them were all very professional. All three units were replaced and the old units were taken away. The team worked really quietly and did a great job of picking up after themselves. The pipework and cabling looks so much neater now than with the original units. I was so happy with their work that I brought them back to clean out all the ducts as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great team of HVAC pros. Keep up the great job guys!

My compressor was making a horrible noise yesterday and we had to turn off the air. My normal Airconditioning guy couldn’t get to me until Tuesday, which wouldn’t work as we were having a barbecue today. We called and were immediately out on the schedule on a Saturday night. Their emergency fee is reasonable and the tech was courteous, professional and did an excellent job. So thankful my air is working again!

He carefully analyzed the situation and clearly explained the issue with my AC—it was low on refrigerant. Kevin provided the proper solution, recharging the system as needed. The service was done efficiently, and I was especially relieved to find the prices were VERY reasonable.
