Carlos and Osvaldo did a great job diagnosing and repairing our AC. The attention to detail and communication was at a very professional level. And they cleaned up everything at the end. Highly recommended.

Today I had my first service visit from the Maintenance plan I signed up through National Pro Service. I can't say enough of how extremely satisfied I am with their service. Justin the Tech was absolutely the best, he was knowledgeable, informative, patient in answering my questions, went out of his way to explain what he was doing, and offered advice on how to care for the unit which was so very helpful. Justin arrived exactly at the scheduled time, he was professional, courteous, cordial and very pleasant, he is definitely an expert in his field, he immediately gained my trust, I knew I was in great hands, he went above and beyond to provide quality work. They always exceed my expectations. National Service Pros hasn't failed me yet, on the contrary I continue to get pleasantly surprised when I call them with any issues. They are all very reliable and accommodating they work with you not against you, and they are never pushy or make you feel that they are in a hurry to finish the job, they get the job done right the first time.

We just had another 6 month service for one of my family’s properties and per usual it was amazing! We have 4 locations on the preventative maintenance with National and for what you spend on 2 visits or less to Starbucks lol you can get this maintenance service. Trust it’s truly an investment! Do yourself a favor and get the most time out of your units. Today we had Jorge Martinez and he was another great tech! Super nice and informative with my in-laws tenant and beyond puntual. I had a positive experience with National Service Pros, particularly with the team of Antonio Flores, Alfredo Pena, and Huandiego Drombo. They handled the recent service efficiently.

The team managed the uninstallation and disposal of my existing water source heat pump, disconnecting it from the water lines, drain line, ductwork, and electrical. The installation of the new, factory-ordered system was completed, with connections made to the existing water lines, drain line, ductwork, and electrical.

I noted their attention to detail in sealing the supply plenum with aluminum tape and spray adhesive, installing the new system onto a metal uni-strut bracket for support (replacing the wood), and using new stainless steel braided hoses with brass fittings. The new Nest thermostat was also installed.

I also want to acknowledge Amanda, who managed the permit process. She kept me well-informed at every step, providing timely updates on the progress with the city, which was very helpful.

Antonio, Alfredo, Huandiego and Amanda demonstrated professionalism and commitment in addressing the challenges encountered before and during the installation. I would recommend National Service Pros for their service.

Tech Justin came by today for our 6 month preventative maintenance service. We love this service for the peace of mind and maintenance of our unit. Above all we love the customer service we always get from National. Great attitude, attention to detail, and top notch work. Thanks 🙏🏻

We had an amazing experience with this company. They answered on a Sunday and had someone out within an hour. Unfortunately, the unit was frozen inside so I had to wait until the following day to see if it could be repaired. I ended up having to replace my AC. But, In a few minutes, the service person had a detailed estimate sent to me electronically so that I can approve it and he could move on with the job. Andrew, Kevin and Antonio were very professional and had great attention to detail. They cleaned up before they left and treated our home like if it was theirs. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Justin came in and within an hour everything was inspected and taken care of. Our AC Unit is in great shape in large part to their continued service. Definitely recommend.

Justin, the A/C technician, was incredibly professional and took the time to explain every step in terms I could easily understand. It’s not every day you encounter someone with his level of care and clarity. National Service Pro is truly fortunate to have someone like Justin on their team.

I'll be recommending National Service Pros to anyone in the area. Angel was polite, professional, and promptly provided a proposal for the A/C replacement. We agreed to a fair price and set an appointment for the install. They arrived on time and were done sooner than anticipated. Overall, a very good experience.

Justin Speers, the tech that came out, made the visit feel comfortable and quickly removed all skepticism from the maintenance. He was communicative and was very intentional to do a great job, concentrated on things that added value to the longevity of the unit.

We decided to do a follow up vent and unit cleaning. Second visit, Justin came out with Huandiego Drombo and they did an amazing and thorough job. Again, they took their time, cleaned up after themselves and left us with a peace of mind that we were being taken care of.

Shot out to Justin Speers and Huandiego Drombo. So long they can continue to manage my unit's health, I'll continue working with National Service Pros.

Juan and Alfredo came by and were very professional and very informative. They gave me a full breakdown after doing my every 6 month AC check up. They are a great asset to the company and should be recognized.

I love the automation. The text messaging and instant digital quotes are awesome. Service man was on time and friendly.

Why you're only getting 3 stars? A Lorenzo told me the only way to check to see if the coil is leaking is to set up a pressure test that would take THREE DAYS. He did not do a simple "sniffer test" no electronic leak detector? No nitrogen pressure test? Nothing. He said it was either the TXV or the coils, and we had to make a guess. He then suggested I need a whole new unit for $10k.

So I made the guess for him, which means I diagnosed the problem for him based on the symptoms it was displaying. If I'm wrong, then I have a coil leak. But I am willing to bet $10k it's not a coil leak since I wasn't low on gas.

My experience with National Services Pros has been great so far, even though the job isn’t complete yet. Angel is organized and communicative, and the technician was thorough and took the time to carefully identify the source of my leak. I really appreciated their professionalism and clear communication. I’ll provide an update as soon as the job is complete.

Our experience with National Services Pros started off great, but recent events have been deeply frustrating. We’ve been without AC over the weekend in the middle of summer in Miami, and this is an urgent issue.

On the day of our scheduled appointment, I received a call from Cesar asking if they could come on Tuesday instead—despite the heat and urgency. We had been waiting since 9 AM, and by 1 PM, no one had arrived. We were later told another technician, Raynier, was on his way, but no ETA was available.

Angel and Amy have been communicative, and we appreciate that. We are still patiently waiting because we want to give a fair and positive review—this reflects our honest impression so far. But unfortunately, actions speak louder than words, and the lack of reliability and urgency has made this a stressful experience. We’re still waiting to get our AC hooked up, and we hope things are resolved quickly.

After raising concerns, Carlos immediately stepped in and was both professional and understanding. His hands-on involvement made a real difference in getting the project completed. The technicians, including Reydiel, were courteous, skilled, and did a great job.

The project has now been completed, and we’re happy with the quality of the work. Based on this experience, I would recommend the team—with the note that improving scheduling and urgency would make the overall service even stronger.

Ruben was very professional and courteous. He came to my home, carefully assessed the situation, and provided several options at different price points. He took the time to clearly explain everything so I could make an informed decision. He was also able to pick up the necessary parts and repair my unit the same day. I truly appreciated his efficiency and excellent service.

National Service Pros is excellent with a very knowledgeable team including Ruben. He was professional with well explained recommendations. Angel is reachable, thorough and follows up in a timely manner and is always pleasant. Justin has been great too with previous services! I highly recommend the maintenance plan. My family and I would not recommend anyone else.. Thank you.
