Hit or Miss. Down to 3 Stars. First time, service was prompt and owner sent an honest technician who resolved my issue. Second time, I got ripped off by a typical Miami Scam Artist. Technician replaced a broken fuse, everything was working fine, but then the technician lied to me and said the outside unit wasn't working because of a broken Capacitor. I didn't realize at the moment, but it was because the technician turned off the outside unit from the thermostat. Cost me $485. Professionally relayed the incident to the owner, owner said he would test the Capicitor but he never did.

I am so pleased to have found this company. After calling at least 10 different AC repair services, this was the first (and only one) that I felt was truly honest, transparent, and wanted to help me solve my issue. Truly helpful and kind, I would 100% recommend this company’s services!

After having used three air conditioning contractors in the months prior, I called Manny at Wynwood Air Conditioning when I continued to have problems, who came that evening to my house even though it was already past 7 pm. All the work that they have done has been prompt, professional and correct. I highly recommend this company.

We have been using Manny for a few years now. He comes no matter what the time and day is and is always on time. We know he won't give us things we don't need. This is an honest hard working man and we would recommend him to everyone.

Manny went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns about my entire AC system. Broken air conditioning is unwelcomed news in our area, however, the technician, Mr Mir, with One Hour Air came and determined that it was a faulty unit. We had to wait for the new unit to arrive, but Mier and his manager, Mr.Helio, sent us portable air conditioning for the few days that we waited for new unit. Excellent professional service and expertise. Highly recommend the company and technician.

First time using them, their website clearly states if we not on time you don't pay a dime. I had to call in twice to make sure someone was coming our time frame was 10am-2pm, and 1:45 no text from tech or company. The technician came at 3:16 he was very nice and resolved the issue. He had to rewire the board to bypass the heat and the charge was $265. My husband paid it but not sure why they advertise always on time or you don't pay a dime. I will post in one month an update on the fix.
