After having a disaster of a time with another company doing an awful job at fixing my unit, and milking my wallet asking the way. I’m SO glad I ended up with One Hour Air. Mir was super helpful. I had an idea what was wrong and he figured it out within 5 minutes. Quick service that might end up being more or less expensive later but I’m confident we’re moving in the right direction.

One Hour AC gave me great customer service from the initial phone call to the excellent Technician, Yasser. He fully explained what my system was doing and what needed to be fixed. He wasn't annoyed as I followed him around asking questions and that alone is priceless. I was very happy with his work and will be using this company again. As a bonus he was fully fluent in English and able to properly explain his work so that I am comfortable making a decision on next steps.

Yasser came to our home to look at our 7-year old mini-split that is malfunctioning. He took the time to educate us about our options for repair and replacement. We will wait to make a decision on next steps until we fully understand warranty options, but I would feel confident moving forward with this company. Hello Techs, my new AC was ready for its first inspection the service Alberto and Xavier was excellent. They are both very professional and hard working. They came right on time and serviced the unit. They identified some escape in my attic drywall and patched it up. I noticed I could increase the thermostat after this patch to the drywall. I am so happy they offer so many alternative options to an issue like this. I look forward to seeing this team of Alberto and Xavier in my next appointment. They are both very pleasant, professional and they listen to all my questions and provide concrete answers. Love having Alberto assigned again and met Xavier for first time he is also very kind and professional. I hope to see them both next time around for maintenance

I had a water leak from my unit . I called and got a wonderful young man named Dymytro. He was above and beyond helpful, polite and was very attentive to my concerns and questions. He fixed the leak issue in a timely efficient manner and he explained that due to the age of my unit it was advisable to join the maintenance program and I did. This young man is extremely knowledgeable and gave incredible service visit. He is asset to One Hour AC. 5 Star review for him and I will recommend the company because of this experience.
