My AC blower went out and out of 3 companies I called, only Cool Breeze came out to diagnose the problem late on a Saturday evening.
They were able to locate and install the parts 1st thing Monday morning at a very reasonable price.
They were responsive, respectful and efficient.
I would recommend Cool Breeze to anyone looking to repair, replace or service their AC/HVAC.

I was looking for a new air conditioning company and I'm so glad I found Cool Breeze. Very knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. They were able to come to my home promptly (something that seemed impossible for the other a/c companies I spoke with) and there was no question I asked that they didn't have the answer to. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and always made sure I was satisfied with the service I had received. I am definitely a repeat customer. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I have been a loyal Cool Breeze customer for almost 16 years and have recommended them extensively to friends and family. A few days ago I called for service on one of my 16 year old units. Repairman Jorge Lopez responded and was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem to low gas. He added a stop leak product and refilled the system. A few days later the problem came back. Jorge Lopez responded again and diagnosed the problem as a leak in the coil. I got a fair price for a new air handler from sales rep Jose Perez who credited me for the prior work. Jorge Lopez, assisted by Jorge Jarel did the install of the new variable speed air handler. They refilled the system and cleaned the plenum. They were courteous, professional and cleaned-up after they were done. I am very happy with the work.

We had an ac issue last night and it was hot! Called Cool Breeze today and they sent a service person by 11am today. Great. Jorge Lopez was the agent, who described the issue quickly and solved it within one hour.
Jorge was focused and knew what needed to be done.
This was my first experience using Cool Breeze; I’ll use them regularly.

Would not recommend. Used their service to fix an AC unit. They provided an estimate that we agreed upon but raised the price after the work was completed. The non-cooling issue that was "fixed" reoccurred less than 60 days later and they refused to look at the unit without charging additional fees. Very poor customer service.

Want to take a moment to thank Arleen, Frank, and the Cool-Breeze staff, for their quick response in replacing my mother's air conditioning system. Thier service tech was onsite within an hour or so on Wednesday afternoon, and quickly diagnosed the unit needed replacement. By Friday morning they were replacing the unit with a new one.

Trustworthy family owned AC company. The appointment was made promptly and the technician showed up exactly on time. He took his time to check everything and answered all my questions and concerns. Excellent service from beginning to end. I highly recommended Cool Breeze.

RUN FROM COOL BREEZE, AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!
On Thursday my Tenant advised me that water was dripping from the AC. Unable to reach my trusted AC professional, I called Cool Breeze for a check to be made on Friday. Cool Breeze, skipped the week-end, and showed up on Monday afternoon. Instead of fixing the problem by cleaning the algae and unplugging the water exhaust pipe, Cool Breeze insisted on doing the $500 job of cleaning the evaporator coil (a totally unnecessary job on a fairly clean AC installed in 2023). It cost me $290.00 to get Cool Breeze out while the water was still dripping. The list of tricks used by unscrupulous AC and other repairmen can fill a book the size of IRS regulations or a Babylonian Bible. Removing the evaporator to clean a fairly clean coil is a common one.

Alex was sent for Maintenance of the air conditioner. He was most polite and super professional. He was patient and answered all my questions. He is highly recommended

I called Cool Breeze on a Mon. pm and I had a professional, friendly and extremely punctual Technician next day at 9:00 am. The technician, Ransel, was extremely professional and efficient. He showed me step by step what was wrong with my AC unit and explained all the work he did. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond. My AC feels brand new now! Had a great experience and I was so happy with the service, I signed up for their maintenance yearly package. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Cool Breeze for 20+ years and have always had a good experience with them. I have a service contract for them to clean my AC unit twice a year. The scheduling process is easy and the service techs always show up on time and are knowledgeable and thorough. Last year I finally needed a new AC unit. Vincent Ferrer, who I call my AC guru, hooked me up with a great unit - It’s quiet and cooler than my old one. A special shout out to Lily, who works in the office and helps me with scheduling and any questions I might have. Overall, I highly recommend Cool Breeze. I used another company prior and had nothing but problems.
