Terrible customer service. Ordered an item that’s in stock and haven’t received it in over a week and a half. Nobody will ever answer the phone, respond, or give us a shipping information.

I don't know who controls your shipping department, but it is a frustrating department to deal with. I don't have enough room to let you know all the problems I ran into.

WORST customer service /warranty support. Been trying to get a klimaire unit fixed for 2 months, have left numerous messages and emails. No one will call back. Don't buy.

They accidently sent me the wrong AC unit but was very willing and respnsive to the replacement. I was told the unit that I ordered would talke up to 6 weeks to receive but somehow they not only found one quickly but sent it to me in record time. I truly appreciate their service.

I ordered 3 units, I ask for 2 upgrades to one of them. I was billed for the upgrades, but did not receive them. My invoice shows that I paid for the upgrades, but the packing lists show they were not put in the box. They pretty much called me a liar on the phone and said that I had to provide pictures of the products that arrived. I did that and now I have not heard from them. I do not think I ever will. I needed a 4th unit which I bought a Senville instead of a Klimaire. I wish they would have all been Senville units. I think it is sad that people and companies have to make a killing instead of a sale. They can keep the $80 or so, I will not be buying from them again. I am a contractor and will be installing many more mini splits over the next few years.
And besides Senville was rated higher in the reviews than Klimair.

I purchased a heat pump system from HeatAndCool, and dealt with an excellent sales rep, Yosbany. He researched several items for me that required him to make several special efforts and each time got back to me with the correct answers. This was GREAT service and I appreciate the work involved. And I got a great deal, too... how can you beat that?!!
