Great plumber!! I highly recommend to anyone who is unsure of who to call when you have a plumbing issue. I had a major issue and he came right away and did a tremendous job and he was very professional and courteous and affordable. In fact he charged less than I thought it would be. I will definitely call him again if I have any plumbing issues. It was an overall great experience. I cannot express enough how great of a job that he did.

Let me start by saying that I received my water bill way higher than usual and I called Juan from Laredo Plumbing and he came over, after performing a few test he found out that the problem was my water service pipe was broken and leaking under my drive way. Since my water service was an old galvanized pipes he gave me a Quote to replace it from the water meter to my main shut off valve. I thought it was a fair price and gave him the job. He cut the drive way and replace the pipes, when he finished not only that problem was solve but for my surprise my water pressure increased significantly, and the most important thing since he is a licensed plumber I was able to claim a credit to the water and Sewer Department for the Sewer portion amount on the water bill. I was able to save a lot of money .I highly recommend Laredo Plumbing to everyone.

Outstanding attention and service. Juan was at my house on a Saturday within an hour of calling him. Thoroughly explained what each repair problem could be and how much it would cost to fix. Was transparent and honest the entire time. Did excellent work and at reasonable prices. Will absolutely be using Laredo Plumbing again in the future.

My regular plumber was not available so I called Laredo Plumbing who had a 5 star rating. Not only was he knowledgeable, but direct and honest. He shared each step of the process, and carefully avoided misunderstandings by stating the options and reasoning behind each choice. Ultimately, he resolved each of the issues I pointed out and went beyond my expectations in both his ethics and price for which I am most grateful. I recommend Juan as an honest, one of a kind professional and all around human being. Trustworthy and very perceptive!!!!

First time I used the services of Laredo Plumbing, I had already had two other estimates on a kitchen plumbing issue. I asked around for recommendations and this company was one. I called and Juan was very quick to respond to the call and was very honest with his explanation of what was needed. I chose to have him complete the job and it was done quickly and I've had no further issues with that problem. Then months later I had another situation for a bathroom plumbing issue. Once again, the response time to come see the issue was quick. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work provided!

I have been a customer of Laredo Plumbing for more than 10 years. Their service is top notch, friendly, clean, and professional. They have handled everything from simple leaks to water heater replacements to replacing all my sewer lines. In every case, I have been extremely satisfied with their work. I have even referred him to everyone I know, and they have all be happy with the service. Don't waste your time looking for anyone else.

Best experience ever with home repair! Juan is very punctual, polite, professional and a great plumber. He is a person of integrity. I was extremely impressed with him. We thought our garbage disposal was leaking needing replacement. He bought the new disposer showed up bright & early then told us it was just a pipe that needed to be tightened. No charge for the visit. Who has those kind of scruples? I can't recommend him enough!

Great job. Chose them from their great reviews. Very courteous service from the first call with Juan (owner of Laredo plumbing). Called around 2pm yesterday and he was here by 9am. He was very thorough in explaining in detail what the issue with the water heater was and why it had to be replaced. He called in front of me to get pricing for the heater and immediately gave me an estimate of total cost including labor (very reasonable). Within 2.5 hours he had gone to purchase the heater, come back and installed it. He ran many tests to assure it was working properly and explained how this heater would differ from the old one. Quality service. Very happy customer here.

Excellent service, I needed to install a heater urgently, after searching at Home Depot and Lowe's, not only had to buy it, I also needed an installer, Mr. Laredo took care of everything for me, he bought it, he delivered it and I installed everything on the same day, and at a good price,

These people are rude, horrible customer service. They act as if they are doing u a favor. There is a heavy set guy there that should do customer service in hell. In this day and age those type of establishments should not exist. Plain and simple don’t buy here.

Knowledgeable, helpful and just nice people working here. Especially since I was shopping for parts for discontinued bathroom fixtures and faucets to take down to the islands and so had to get it right the first time. Highly recommended.

Google better take off the service of delivery because they DON'T. Mike was extremely rude and unhelpful. After reading other reviews I feel for anyone who HAS to purchase anything from them.

Obviously they are very knowledgeable and once I reminded the guy that I came to get help, not to be yelled at, he gave me some info and a customer attracted by his shouting was also helpful. I guess he proved his point: I’m not a plumber. But making that point cost him a potential customer, so I hope that’s worth it.

I went in looking to buy a new product of one that had broken twice. The people helping me did not look up from their screen. When I asked if they had another brand of the valve, they said no without checking and suggested that I replace the entire faucet. One of the employees was even doing a live Instagram video.

This is a one stop solution business, they got everything you need especially on very old parts. Their customer service is excellent. They respond to emails and the phone.

Since so many who have not been here have left negative reviews, I will leave a positive one. I was looking for a sprayer for my sink, so I went to Sunset Corners (awesome guys) and the guy there recommended I check out Stern Brothers. At this point, I didn't even know the brand of the sink or anything. After browsing sinks on Amazon, I found out it was Kohler and narrowed down the part number. I called Stern Bros. and asked them to look up a part for me. They were very professional on the phone. They did not have the part in stock and said they could order it for me. The price matched the retail price of the part. At one point, the gentleman on the phone said maybe they could find an alternative part, but the other guys (at the counter I assume) quickly told him no, no, no, there is no substitute part. I wound up calling Kohler and they sent me the part for free under warranty, but I wanted to share my positive experience with Stern Brothers that I had in talking with them on the phone.

Some of the rudest cocky MFs. Will not shop here ever again. “It’s easy I can’t believe you can’t do it” Im pretty handy but wow a comment like that is just rude. And super expensive. Paid 9.46 for an adapter took back because same adapter was 1.46 at Home Depot. Also from picture told me they had parts. Went home took parts off brought back and sad “we don’t have that”. Wtf

Horrible customer service. Rude people. Prices are literally twice what you would find in other places. For example, they would sell you a Sioux Chief MiniRester water arrester for $15.99 when you can find it for $7.42 (at Century Plumbing). Avoid this store, they don't deserve your money.

Have you ever had a plumber tell you that you have to replace a high-end kitchen faucet four hole fixture because the water was dripping? Stern Plumbing proved this to be untrue. Goofey took care of me and advised me to bring in the stem. I bought two stems for hot and cold and had someone install them for me. Thank you for this kind of service. I will always be your patron.

I just witnessed the worst Display of Customer service I've ever seen at any business. The guy that claims to be the owner and a heavy set guy with a beard treated a gentleman looking to purchase something in their store in the rudest and most disrespectful manner I have ever seen. I had already finished my transaction but I was tempted to return it and get my money back. People like these 2 should not be in customer service. Totally uncalled for
