Called Ivan and he responded via text right away. I explained that I had a leak by a bathroom drain but I could not find the source. Ivan checked out the bathroom and recommended that he use a camera and snake the main line. He reported to me that there were several places where the pipe was clogged, and he got most of it out. After a few days the leak reappeared. I called Ivan and told him the problem, he told me he was in the middle of a job and would call me as soon as he was done. After not hearing from him at the end of the day I called him and left a voice message and a text. After getting no response, I called several times the next day and sent text messages. After getting no response it occurred to me that he was avoiding me. I texted him using a different phone like a new customer and he responded right away. I told him who I was and to not bother because I was calling another plumber. I called South End Plumbing and they found the problem in 10 minutes – a leaking shutoff valve under the sink. Problem solved at 1/3 what I paid Ivan. It also looks like Ivan had license issues in 2017

I have been calling on Ivan from AM South Plumbing to years to handle issues at my home and rental properties. He has always been up front and detailed about the solutions and cost. He recently installed a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater at my house. Did a fantastic job. Very happy, would highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and find another plumber.

When Ivan from AM Plumbing first came out to replace my water heater, I was satisfied with their service.

Fast forward 6 months and an inspection on that unit's exhaust is needed in order to complete some roof work. I called Ivan to come out and do that. He looked everything over and noticed a few things that were not up to code. He told me he would fix them and complete the inspection.

After nearly 3 weeks, I haven't heard back from him. This is his own work, his own installation, that is sub-par, doesn't meet code, and won't pass inspection. He knows it was his original responsibility to do this work properly and acknowledged he hadn't. Now he's ghosting me to avoid completing the work.

Now I have to find another plumber to fix it and go after AM in court over damages and expenses.

We’ve used Ivan for all of our maintenance plumbing needs at our house and my parents house. He’s a very straight forward, easy to work with, knowledgeable plumber.

He isn’t the cheapest technician out there but you get what you pay for! If you want your stuff handled correctly, Ivan is your guy!

i know not everyone always has great things to say about every company, but for us, the plumbers who did our new house were fantastic! they handled all the plumbing for our build, including installing the main water lines, setting up the hot water heater, and hooking up the fixtures in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. out of all the different crews who worked on our new place, the plumbing team was by far the most reliable and quick to respond. they even helped us when we had issues with iron in our well water, and just today, they took care of a tough sewer line clog outside. colin was the one who came out to help us with the iron problem, and bentley took care of the sewer blockage. both were super friendly, always kept things tidy, and let us know exactly when they’d arrive. if you’re looking for a plumber who knows what they’re doing and gets the job done right, definitely give these guys a call. highly recommend!

Very unresponsive to phone calls, texts and emails. He made an appointment with me, then canceled 2 hours prior to arrival. He tried to reschedule for 3 days later. Very unreliable.

While driving on I-75s just north of Fort Myers at 3:45pm 3/17/17 while traffic is very heavy I look in my rear view mirror to see a R&R Plumbing truck cut across from the right lane to the left lane and nearly rear ends me. Had to slam on his breaks and swerve to miss what would have been a deadly accident for many drivers. He cuts to the right lane again, weaving in between cars at excessive speeds, almost rear ending another car. After watching the driver do this for 10 minutes he was only 300 yards in front of me! This person drove with complete disregard for the lives of others on the road and the reputation of the R&R Plumbing.

My main sewer pipe was relined a while back, and recently I noticed water backing up through the main floor drain, which shouldn’t happen after a reline. I called the plumber early in the morning, and Philip answered right away. By 9 AM, a technician arrived with a camera to check out the issue inside the pipes. Later that day, a team came over and fixed the problem, which turned out to be a connector between the cleanout and the main pipe. Everything was covered by their original warranty, so I didn’t have to worry about extra costs. I really appreciate their fast response and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this plumbing company for anyone needing reliable work and prompt help.

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
