Unlike the first firm I contacted, Abraham at Miami Dade Plumbing responded quickly and showed up at the promised time. Abraham is definitely an expert. He replaced my corroded underground bathtub P-trap saving me a bunch on having to pull out the tub make the repair. He bent over backwards to make sure the job was correctly done and stuck to the original quoted estimate even though the job took much longer than anticipated.

The site provided answers for my questions. I received an immediate reply from Abraham Masarweh. He was friendly, personal, confident and professional! He arrived on time as promised! He was serious and respectful. He asked me questions & answered mine. Abraham explained the first steps to establish the concern. He explained all the following steps, if needed, providing established fees. He started his assessment! Success! The toilet flushed! Abraham wasn't finished...he completed additional "tests" to be assured that the concern was resolved. He offered suggestions to help avoid future concerns. Abraham was so impressive!! My earlier attempts were unsuccesful. Abraham addressed my concern seriously, assessed & fixed my toilet within 30-45 minutes! Success & a "High Five!" Everything was just right about Abraham and his son of Miami Dade Plumbing. Super polite, prompt, clear & regular communications, speaking English we could understand and they were on time! I called with a clogging problem emergency. Abraham responded in less than 5 minutes. After scheduling the service I was able to unclog it. I called Abraham back and asked if it was prudent for him to come anyway. We discussed it and he felt confident that it was resolved. His honesty is a rarity these days. I found a plumber whose number I will keep!

Abraham was the guy they sent. First off, he was FAST. He said half an hour and he arrived in 20. You just don't see that in Miami. Then I'm talking with him while he's slinging all kinds of cool tools around, and I'm worried I might distract him, but he's an amicable guy you can't help talking to, and he's laughing and smiling and keeping up with the conversation—yet you could tell dude was, like, locked-in focused on his work. I seriously don't know how he did it. Experience I guess. Then I'm bracing myself to take out a home equity loan to pay for the work—and it turns out I was able to pay him out of my pocket. Mind you, it would have been worth 2 or 3 times what he charged me. More. If anything, the courtesy and respect and not wasting my time would have been worth any price he asked. You know how Miami is. Everybody's late and they're trying to upsell you and screw you over...not Abraham. He's straight up honest about the issue and the cost, and he's able to fix it. Trust me, you gotta go with Miami Dade Plumbing. Trust me.
