Excavation wasn't an option for me so instead I, went with trenchless pipe repair technology. I choice Aqua Pro plumbing not only for their reasonable price and good reviews but the way Pedro, (owner) presented himself and represented his company. I also like the way he took the time to fully explain the process and answer any questions that I, might of had. Customer service at its best that I, didn't get with my two previous estimates.

The crew (Alvaro and Ulysses) did a phenomenal job. They made sure that all my walls and title floor were completely covered since they would be doing work inside my home as well. During the time of the project the crew always made sure to keep me in the loop showing me step by step of the process. Once the project was complete the crew not only showed me the finishing touches but also did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. It was like they weren't even there!!

Let me add that I couldn't get the pipe lining because my pipes are too small (3in.) So what Aqua Pro ended up doing was "internal pipe coating" which came out phenomenal!!

I would definitely use Aqua Pro again for all my plumbing needs.

I found Aqua Pro through the Better Business Bureau’s website. It was one of the few A+ rated plumbing companies in my area. After using them I can see why. Victor was incredibly professional and thorough. He arrived on time and within hours of my calling. He spent a lot of time explaining to me the mechanics of how the plumbing system worked to make sure I (who knew next to nothing about p-traps and venting) understood what he was doing. I am someone who is often frustrated by poor customer service, particularly in Miami, but in this case I would have no problem recommending Aqua Pro to anyone who needed an honest and professional plumber.

Aqua Pro has been by far the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. I’ve had such terrible experiences in the past, not being satisfied by other companies. I called them at 3 am with an emergency because my apartment was overflowing and within 45 minutes they were at my place. They fixed the issues without any type of ifs or buts in a timely manner, they just got it done. The staff were polite and respectful, great price too. Best decision ever!!

When I discovered that my cast iron pipes were cracked and leaking a friend recommended to have it inspected with a camera to see the damage. I went through the process of recording and submitting to my insurance as a claim. Once I was ready for the repairing phase, I went with Aqua Pro Plumbing, by recommendation. They were very efficient to call me back, inspect the damage, submit a proposal and even offer convenient payment methods. They scheduled my repair in as soon as possible, after the holidays, and arrived at the exact date and time. I thought the repair would be several days of a huge mess and inconvenience with no water running. But to my amazement they were done quickly, I just followed their specific instructions, it was easy no mess breaking through the floor or walls. The “no dig” concept is life changing. Highly recommend them; very professional and their method of restoring cast iron pipes is stress free.

Amazing plumbing company!! They came out quickly to do a leak detection at my house. Hugely recommend them if you are ever in need of a good plumber or worried about a leak at your house! Very professional and was always able to communicate with them.

From start to finish everyone I dealt with, from the office staff, plumbers and owner, was very professional, responsive, polite, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They first came to give an estimate for lining my old cast iron drain pipes, patiently answering my many questions and then gave me multiple options to do the repair. They determined that the crux of my drain line problem was in one smaller section of the main line, which I elected to do for now. They came back this morning and were able to complete the job in one day. Throughout the process they communicated with me via texts, emails and phone calls to keep me informed. I would definitely recommend Aqua Pro to others and will likely use them again in the future to line the rest of my main drain line.

I am really disappointed with the recent service provided by your Aqua Pro. I hired their services to reline my home’s old pipes, and while the work done initially seemed satisfactory, I have since discovered some concerning issues.

Firstly, I was never presented with the warranty papers that were promised to me upon completion of the job. This is unacceptable, as it puts me in a vulnerable position should any issues arise in the future. I had expected a certain level of professionalism and transparency from your company, and this failure to provide the necessary documentation is deeply concerning.

Furthermore, I recently discovered that a video inspection, which was also promised to me, was never done. This raises serious questions about the quality of work that was performed and whether it was done to the required standard. Had a video inspection been carried out, any issues would have been identified and addressed before becoming a larger problem.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the necessary warranty papers as soon as possible, and arrange for a video inspection to be carried out to ensure that the work was done correctly. I hope that we can find a resolution to this matter in a timely manner, as I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service that has been provided.

The company responded quickly, sent a plumber who was able to resolve the issue right away . The only complaint I have is they don’t give you the estimated price ahead of the repair and the bill was significantly high . However , once we expressed our concerns about the bill, they lowered the price which was really nice of them . I definitely will recommend them.

My experience with Aqua Pro was pleasant and very professional from start to finish. I had trenchless sewer pipe lining done throughout my house by creating new piping for all cast iron pipes. The two technicians that did the work were very good. Eventhough, they spoke very little English, there was NEVER a problem understanding what was going on. The technicians had a pocket translator which kept the communication flowing freely between us when needed, but they seldom had to use it. I enjoyed talking to them, they were very nice. I would recommend AQUA PRO to any needing plumbing work done. Also, Julio initially came to our home and explained everything the company would be doing at our house. He showed us a sample of what our pipe lining would look like once completed. He was very nice and knowledgeable. After checking the inside of all of our pipings with a special video camera, he gave us a free estimate. Julio was always available for any questions from the beginning to the end of the job.

The first company that we called came out could not provide exact location of our septic tank and said they believed it was under our driveway and wanted to bust open half the driveway to find out, then we would incur the expense of repairing the driveway (and lot's of other issues with that company). Called Aqua Pro and they came, located the septic and guaranteed that it was under the driveway and they devised a plan to cut a SMALL section of the driveway, pump the tank, replace the concrete and install a lid for future use. They did an amazing job, super efficient, professional staff, and saved us a TON of time and money. I highly recommend them, but more than that, I am grateful to them for the work they did and how quickly they scheduled and completed the job. GREAT COMPANY!!!!

I called and a Ricardo answer. Then a Marco called me up to said that he was the one that was going to fix the problem. Was told that they don't do the pipe lining, but that he could fix it. He did a whole show and pony. Beware !!! Do not use them. Scammers !!!

I overall hired many years ago Aqua Pro for a US$!5,000 dollar contract to fix my mother's kitchen sink. Overall at the start it seemed like everything was fine with the pipes being checked with the video camera's and the people opening up the floors and we made a deal to make sure all the pipe's where cleaned in the process. After the job was done some month's later my mother's kitchen sink seems to fill up with water and the people on top of not wanting to work to fix up the kitchen sink which we had a 2 year warranty on it, wanted us to pay more money then what was already stipulated in the contract for the US$15,000 dollars in total on top of the US$12,000 dollars we already paid them.

So besides the US$2,864 dollars approximately that we had to pay them they wanted to charge us more money then what was in the original contract we financed. Overall in terms of dishonesty and lack of trust with contracts I would not recommend AquaPro to hire for large jobs or problems with the pipes. I overall am a considering litigation against AquaPro solutions in the future given they harmed my credit score and that I believe they should refund my money given they never fully completed the job asked and on top of that wanted to over charge me and my family for a contract we did with them. I don't like to write negative reviews for any business, and I hope AquaPro changes but what they did to me and my family is unforgivable. I would have gladly paid the remaining money if they had finished the job but the refused to do so unless we paid them additional money higher then what the contract stipulated originally with the 2 year warranty.

Overall this was a waste of money and waste of time hiring Aquapro. I would not recommend these people as they are not trustworthy on their word on the original contract requirements. I overall wish they would refund all my money honestly because I had to hire someone else to fix the problems they where not able to do.

These guys were great! They came quickly great communication found a workaround and solution and went the extra mile. If you got a clog drain, there’s no one else to call.

We used Aqua Pro at a recommendation from a plumber I highly trust. They lined all of our old cast iron piping. They were quick, kind, efficient! They actually finished a whole day faster than we thought, left no mess and we’re always very honest and up front about all the work and issues we faced (we have a very complicated septic situation at our house 😅). Reasonable price, Julio was super kind and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them!

I have dealt with Aqua pro three times. First for the lining of my old cast-iron pipes, which came out great, second when I had a leak on my exterior pipe which they came out fast and replaced it and third, which was this weekend that a shower fixture had to be replaced. I have dealt with them for many years as a result they always have done a great and professional job for my family. Thanks again guys!

This company offered the best value that I could find, and they were consistently on time as well as highly professional. The employees were excellent at answering all our questions and outlining their plan of action. In my instance, they had one method of performing the task planned, but they later discovered a better one and approached me with their plan of action and an explanation of why. At the end of the day, they clean up nicely and always leave us with a working bathroom and sink. I would recommend them 100%.

After my initial phone call I was contacted by Victor who came right over for a quote. Punctual and professional very hard to find nowadays. Agreed on a price and what needed to be fixed. Brandon arrived earlier than the time which for me was great, and stated to work. After he was done, he cleaned up and asked if everything was okay. All in all very good job and service. I definitely saved Aqua pro service number. Hopefully I don't need it but as we all know you will. Thanks again 👍🏼

Everything is amazing, no complaints whatsoever. They got everything done within 1 day. I had several quotes from other companies, and this was the best quote with the best customer service. Really glad that we decided to work with Aqua Pro. Branden came out for a free estimate to change all our cast iron plumbing to PVC and seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The team completed the job in a reasonable timeframe and was very communicative throughout the process in case of any setbacks. Not only did they give us the best price but Brandon and team also gave us the assurance that if there were any unforeseen issues, they’d be able to help out. For instance, when we had an unrelated kitchen clog, Branden, Julio and Victor were able to work together to diagnose and clear the clog for us the same day.

My experience with Aqua Pro Plumbing was amazing! Everything went extremely smooth, the treatment was unreal. The customer service was top notch and they made sure they properly diagnosed my leak a few times before identifying where it was coming from. Their timing was extremely accurate and not once were they late. The guys also made sure to explain to us thoroughly every step of the way what the cause of the leak was.
