I had a kitchen drain clogged and they put a snake thru, took some grease out and it unclogged. took about an hour time. I just wasted $225 on it, cause now its clogged again 6 days later and I haven't put no grease or food down my drain, so the problem is still there. I called them to see if they warranty the job, but the girl on the phone said not for this type of work. I would not call them again. Im looking somewhere else now. thank you.

After many years of trial and error plumbers I tried Bob’s Plumbing Company and they have continued to provide good and honest services. We love them

I made an appointment with Bob's Plumbing last week for today, 7/16/2020. They were supposed to show up between 8:30 am and 11:00 am. At around 11:15 am I called since nobody had called to let me know they would be late. At that time they told me they were "running a little late" and would call 30 minutes before arriving. I waited all day and finally got a call at around 4:15pm for me to "reschedule for another day" with no apology or excuse. I said what about today? I waited all day and you never bothered to call until now. The rude response was "you can find another company if you wish". To which I said at $119 per hour I'm sure I won't have a problem doing so and intend to do exactly that. They were very rude, no respect for my time waiting all day. Who do they think they are?? AND at $119 per hour. I will never call them again. Rude, unprofessional and irresponsible with no consideration for people's time.

I had two toilets malfunctioning. Bob's plumbing could have said it was a complicated and expensive fix, and I would have been none the wiser. Instead they diagnosed two separate, simple and unrelated problems that were solved quickly and inexpensively. Bob's is my go-to.

Bob's plumbing over thr last several service calls have always been trustworthy, professional and on time.
When it was time to update old pipes it was a no Brainerd. I recommend this company to any in the Miami dade area! You will not be upset!

I did not have a good experience with Bob’s Plumbing. I hired them to replace a main valve in my apartment. I called beforehand to understand their rates and how they charge. I was told $105 for the first hour and $54 per additional half hour plus parts. What they failed to tell me was that they charge for the trip and how big a difference that makes if the tech is far away from the job site. The trip itself added an hour or over $100 to the total. I would never have hired them had I known that.

I also told them exactly what type of valve I needed, the size and type of the pipe, and the location. Unfortunately, that info got lost between the appointment taker and the tech, so the tech showed up without the right parts. Luckily, I already had all that was needed. There was an issue with shutting down the water completely, so the valve I had, which was the solder-on type, could not be used initially. The tech recommended different types of other valves to use (compression or SharkBite/quick connect), but he did not have any of those on hand. I had to run to Home Depot and then to Lowe’s to get one of each type of part he recommended. I found this to be very unprofessional since valves are the most basic things—together with pipe and connectors—in plumbing. Having one of each on hand does not seem like too large a burden.

The job did get done but two hours after the tech arrived. This on top of the hour he claimed it took him to reach me. In conclusion, I would NEVER hire Bob’s Plumbing again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Have used them on several occasions - remove a water heater and re-pipe a steam shower machine, add master valve for the water line to the house, and hose bibs. Just hired them again to re-do a shower valve that another plumber installed incorrectly. Just a lesson to work out scheduling with Bob's and use them for everything going forward. Very pleased with all the work they've done, and the price is very fair.

I am impressed with the level of service received by bob's plumbing from the person who handles the phones, to the workers. They are truly professional and do a great job in informing the client every step of the way, their work was impeccable finished as promised. Casey and John come an expect the work to make sure the work it's up to par. thank you!

I called Bob's Plumbing with an emergency at my house (I had the whole house water shut off to avoid more water damage). Even though they were busy, they were able to get someone out to the house (Russ or Ross, sorry can't remember). The plumber was exceptionally knowledgeable, and did his work at a timely manner. He not only fixed my toilet, I had him fix the outside faucet, and installed a shut off valve. The price was reasonable as well. Great job! Thank you so much for you help and your kindness. Called Bob's for slow kitchen drain. Tech showed up earlier than the estimated time. Received a call prior to arrival to verify that it was OK. All appeared to be working, however never really used as left town for a few days. Upon arrival home, and first time to REALLY use the sink, same situation, slow draining. As it was a holiday weekend, and not a crisis, I contacted them by email about the situation. They responded the next business day and scheduled a return trip around MY SCHEDULE. They backed up their work, were prompt, and very professional. Thank You Bob's Plumbing.

Had a clogged sewer pipe with a very difficult access and impossible to snake properly. The job required three trips and some creative thinking, but I was very happy with the service. I've interacted with three different plumbers and I thin the owner or manager and all were a pleasure to work with - straight forward and knowledgeable + they were on time - every time! That hasn't happened for me in Miami yet. I will definitely be using them again.

I haven't needed a plumber in over 30+ years for our house. Well, just in the past four years, I have called Bob's Plumbing to fix an outside leak near the water meter, replace a low flush toilet, bath spout, filter valve, and most recently, to install a tankless exterior LP gas water heater to replace/remove my 36-year-old indoor tank LP heater. All of the staff at Bob's Plumbing have been consistently cordial, professional, and fair-priced with superb workmanship.

I have done business with Bob’s Plumbing three times for different jobs and I am never calling another company. These guys are the best! Professional and reliable. No need to have them come back. Work is done right the first time. Will recommend again and again and again.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire if they might be interested in collaborating on a few projects I’m working on. I’m an architect with a design-build company, specializing in residential and commercial projects in Miami. However, the lady was dismissive, abruptly hung up on me, and told me they weren’t interested.

Bob's did a major plumbing job for me. They performed more work than any of their competitors wanted to do, used higher quality materials, and were incredibly priced. They communicated well with me and sent progress updates. They started the job right away and worked straight for 4 days without me ever having to ask where they were. I am extremely pleased with the job they did. Hopefully I won't be seeing them anytime soon, but I will refer lots of business!

This company has been hands down the best plumbing company we've worked with. We've had them come out to our home various times for multiple issues. They are always responsive, prompt, and fix the issue perfectly. The guys that have come to help us out have been beyond nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

ANOTHER UPDATE 02/21/2023. Called Bob's frantically (I saw a small puddle under my ancient hot water heater, which is never a good thing) on Monday 2/20. Mario was SO nice to help me. He asked me for the specs on the water heater, which I gave, and said he'd call me back, which he did within minutes. They were very busy but he said he'd have someone come out Tues or Wed.

8am Tuesday, Ross came to my home with a new hot water heater. This was NOT an easy job - it was in a small utility room and when I say it was "ancient," I mean OLDER than time. Ross was so professional and hard-working; I couldn't believe how quickly he got the job done (I really expected problems being that it was so old). He drained the old one, hauled it out, installed the new one, cleaned up a very minor mess, and was on his way.

We have relied on Bob's for many, many years and very much appreciate the great service. Besides the good services, prices are very reasonable! I can't live without them!

UPDATE 02/28/2022. Frantically called Bob's this morning. I had what I considered a huge issue (fixing some plumbing so I could install a new washing machine). JR and Mono came right on time, assessed the problem was "no big deal", got to work and had my issue completely resolved within an hour (thank you, thank you, thank you). They installed the new washing machine and tested it to make sure it worked properly. I also had an issue with my toilet tank (needed a new part). I asked if they could look at it - which they not only did, but they also put in the new part and were on their way. The price for all this work was so insanely reasonable, I told them it was the best money I ever spent.

Not much more I can rave about Bob's, but trust me - GREAT family business.

FROM A YEAR AGO:
I have been using Bob's Plumbing for more than 20 years. They have fixed everything from my cracked toilet tank, to outside faucets, to shower heads, to unclogging drains. I have always had great service from this neighborhood plumbing business. This time, I needed an outside hose faucet replaced (it was leaking). (My house was build in 1955 and not everything is updated, so I appreciate that they are willing to work on an old house.) I called and got an appointment for the next day. The plumber called me in the morning and said he be there in 20 minutes and he WAS. He pointed out that there was a better faucet than the one that was there and he put that one on. He was efficient and quick and within a few minutes, I had a brand new faucet, which I like SO much better than the old one.

Bob's plumbers come on time, they are nice, professional and extremely efficient - that's why I keep coming back. The woman who works answering the phone is equally professional - she always accommodates me and my needs for a plumber.

I find their prices extremely reasonable and am always happy to pay them for a job that is always well done. I will continue doing business with Bob's as long as they are in business.

I’ve used Bobs plumbing to install our tankless water heater and they did a great job. I’ve also used them to clear a clog and fix a leaky toilet. They got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I being using BoB plumbing for years. Last job they fixed my septic tank. Saving me thausands!!!!
