Alex and his guys did an amazing job on our house in South Miami. Alex was very polite, well dressed and very knowledgeable. Their van was very organized and not to mention they replaced all our cast iron pipes with PVC pipes in 1 day! They showed up at 8am and didn’t leave until 11pm. They picked up all the excess rocks and cleaned up after the job was done. Toilets and showers worked great after they finished. Pricing was very competitive too. I couldn’t be any happier. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done.

Credit where credit is due. Diamond Plumbing leads by example. I had a considerable-sized job for one of my buildings and had to find a new plumbing contractor because all the last ones lacked something. Whether it was arriving on time, sticking to the schedule, or just simply doing what they say, without changing things midway, and/or asking for more money. From the first phone call, they did what they said. On time, every day, working with unforeseen circumstances and staying within the estimated cost (something not seen in Miami). Integrity, liability, and overall excellence. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Alex and his crew at diamond plumbing were great. When we first called diamond the owner Chris came over, inspected the property, took photos and gave us a detailed description of the work that needed to be done. After we gave them the go, the team was here early every day, very professional and answers all the questions we had. They re-piped our entire house and did a fantastic job! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs similar work around the home. Thanx guys

Had Tony from their team recently come out and was really happy that I did. He was very honest and showed me that the extent of the issue I initially called for, where I was the impression that I would have to make replacements that would be more costly, was not needed for what I was trying to fix. I received quotes for two other companies prior who I showed the same issue and they never mentioned how simple the fix for my problem, instead quoting me jobs that cost over what I had originally had in mind for budget, telling me that aside from what I was requesting other work was needed before trying to pressure me to get the work done the same day. In the end I'm really happy that I had someone from Diamond Plumbing come out since they didn't come out with the mind set of 'how much can they get out of me' but one of 'how can they help me'.

I found Diamond Plumbing by checking online reviews and I'm so happy that I contacted them for our plumbing needs! The office was very friendly and arranged for Tony to assess our needs and also texted me a photo of him so I knew who to expect at our home within a window of time which I greatly appreciated . My bathroom sink was clogged and I went to Thumbtack for a reputable company with good reviews. Diamond Plumbing reached out to me the same day. Scheduled a free consultation with a possible hire. Nicholas "Nick" came out, assesd the situation, gave me a price which I was able to negotiate due to me being on a budget. Chris the owner worked with on the offered price. Nick work on the clog for an hour or so. He was very professional, pleasant, deligent and thorough while working on the sink and made sure to cleane up after himself. He did a great job!!! I highly recommend DP so far and would most likely hire them again.
