I had a job a bit unusual that need to be done. A basement (bomb shelter) connected to the house, in Miami. Not many of those. I needed a sump pump installed in a tight space. Chris came and gave me an estimate ( very courteous) and on time. They were able to start the job within a week. Tomas did the installation, once again on time (actually early). Done in a day and a half and left the area neat and clean. He then made sure to explain and test the unit for. I am above satisfied. Thank you Diamond.

First of all Chris the young man was very polite and I was impressed with him, secondly the two guys Rey, and Herman were very nice and respectful men . Also they were very professional and knew their job. The cutting of the tile and concrete was done very neatly and they cleaned up very good. Tony was amazing! Came in this morning to inspect everything. Determined I needed a new water heater and sediment filter. Same day came back in the afternoon with all the parts to do the replacement. Fast and efficient.

Had an issue with a leak, making the appointment was easy, and my tech Antonio was very helpful and explained all the issues not only with the leak, but in the other consequences of the construction that negatively affects the house.

He laid out options for repair very concisely and was very timely. I would absolutely recommend!

To whom it does concern,
Having problems with my septic system for months and trying several septic companies I had a recommendation for a company "Diamond Plumbing " From the beginning I was impresst. The inspection Technician was on time and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. The foreman that runs the job does it great. My job was more complicated with the septic tank under the concrete driveway. That did not deter him. They also covered the driveway with plywood as not to make any damage.
When the job was completed they cleaned and removed all equipment and remaining dirt. At this point it was 9 pm. the foreman asked to come back in the morning to clean and finish up. Early in the morning they pressure washed the driveway and left the job side very clean.
I give this crew a 10,they are way better than that !!!

Recently did my 2 bathroom’s with them also, which is 5 * and plus very professional, very clean and considerate.
