Bob's Plumbing is always a win. I'm 54 and my mom and dad used them for as long as I can remember. Had them install a new dishwasher, disposal, and kitchen faucet today, and Scott did a great job. John is always a pleasure and the plumbers are always prompt, courteous, and friendly.

Bob’s Plumbing is the best! Mark did a great job installing my new pump and motor for me, in the Redlands. Family Owned and Operated for 4 decades. The quality of their work is off the chart!

I had them come out to replace a ballcock apparatus in my toilet a few months ago.
This took 20 minutes and they handed me a bill for $245.00.
$45 for parts and $200 for a service fee. This amount was not discussed with me prior to them coming out. If I had known, I would have told them "No". However, that being my fault, I have to now find a more reasonably priced plumber especially for simple things like this. My friends say I was ripped off for sure. And, after 8 months the thing doesn't work again.

Serviceable plumber, but prepare to be overcharged. Also, the main office is not customer focused and appears to take pride in being rude. Needed details on some work that was done (as the invoice looked like it was written by a child) and was met with rudeness and demands of a consulting fee. If you are interested in being overcharged and dismissed, be my guest and hire them.

Called in and plumber was out here in less than 2 hours- 1 hour to do a challenging job

One star just because I can’t give 0. Showed up to my building, looked for parking for 5 minutes, left, then called me 15 minutes later to say he wasn’t coming after I spent the morning waiting for him. Told me I wasted their time. Unprofessional.

Always a pleasure to call Bob’s Plumbing. They made efforts to help me the day I called. Mark was able to quickly solve my issue, and he had a great attitude. They’re my first call when I get any major plumbing issues.

I had a blockage problem on 1 toilet and a water level problem on the other. I spoke to Casey who along with his brother John had a truck out to my house within an hour. Leo solved both problems and was finished in about an hour. The price was very reasonable and I was more than pleased with the service. Thanks guys for a great experience.

Bob’s Plumbing came out to repair a shower faucet that was faulty. I asked the tech Leo twice for an estimate and he responded, “you want an estimate?“ I replied yes, I would like an estimate. He stated that if the valve replacement didn’t work I would need a new fixture, which would cost $1500.

Leo was very nice, and did replace the valve, but without giving me an estimate. When he was finished, he gave me an invoice for $600, which seemed excessive.

Later, I researched the cost to replace a valve, which should have been two hours of labor. I tried to call Bob’s Plumbing, but the voicemail was full so I was not able to leave a message. This was during Christmas time, so I decided to put a stop payment on the check.

I received a call today from a manager, who was pretty rude, condescending, continuously interrupted me, and would not allow me to speak. This was my first time using Bob’s Plumbing, but I will definitely not be using them again nor would I recommend them. That being said, it appears the faulty valve is working correctly and the manager did agree to reduce the invoice to two hours of labor instead of three hours of labor, so $440.

Very professional, responsive and prompt! Excellent customer service and refreshing to find such a great all around company. Called and they came on the same day and resolved the issue. Definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I can’t believe some people rated them high. Guess they got lucky. I made an appointment with them on Saturday and Nicole was nice on the phone which fooled me as nice didn’t do the job. They couldn’t come Sat. so they gave me a window for Monday of 9:00 to 130 and I am the owner of my business and I wanted to be there for when the repair was done so I waited for the entire window and not until 1 o’clock - the end of the window was when they told me they weren’t gonna make it yet throughout the entire window they kept promising they’d make it before 1:30. Then they AGAIN promised they would get there in the evening when we were back again at the shop For between 5:00-9:00pm and then at 5 o’clock when they were supposed to be there they messaged me that they weren’t going to get there at all and they would reschedule me for Wednesday, whichis Christmas day. I was so upset - they just strung me along for days and NEVER CAME & showed up all thru their promised LARGE, 5 hr windows - they are worse than the cable companies. I ended up calling this awesome new plumber on South Beach named Scotty - who came within 20 minutes and fixed my issue immediately. I was mad at myself for allowing them to consistently have no integrity and constantly give me broken promises and string me along out of my need to get the issue fixed - And never show up at all! I will never use this company again - HORRIBLE -

I am truly impressed with JCN plumbing. Alex and his crew were at my house from 8:00am-11:00pm. These men changed ALL of our cast iron pipes to PVC in just one day. They worked extremely hard, they were organized and super clean! They actually left our house looking in better shape than when they arrived.
