Update..01/30..Another great job by Aquapro, Peter and Joel quick to respond, and Victor came out and was very knowledgeable troubleshooting plumbing/septic issues..8/27/25..Victor did a great job repairing a watermain line break that another company did completely incorrect. He also quickly identified and fixed a low water pressure issue in kitchen. Aqua pro workers are always professional and do great work on multiple jobs I have had done on property. I highly recommend them for any plumbing/sewer work you need done..Update. 11/08/24 Yanelis , Yoel and Peter(owner) were all very helpful and professional in helping me get a septic pump.out done. Again I highly recommend Aquapro for plumbing/septic needs 11/2023...Victor and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very professional, and extremely efficient. Peter and Aquapro home office was very quick to assist with any questions. I highly recommend them for any plumbing/septic work you may need

We recently bought a home and knew that the pipes needed some work. From the get-go, aqua pro was timely and professional. They ended up lining the pipes for us. Ernesto was the team lead for our job and throughout the process he was very communicative and explained each step. The whole crew was respectful, cleaned up after their work, and even took off their shoes to walk in the house. I have to give credit to Luis and Danny because one night they stayed late to work (past 8pm) so we could have a toilet to use that night. But honestly everyone on the team was awesome (Ernesto, Alex, Luis, and Danny) I was definitely nervous to commit to a company for such a big job, but they delivered and the crew was great!

Imagine a plumber who helps you with a problem when you aren't even a customer! My hot water heater busted on a holiday. I called them to see if they carried a specific part on their truck-- none of them do, but I was provided with guidance on what to ask of.the manufacturer, concern about the problem that caused the piece to fail and they assessed the system from a bunch of photos. I ended up removing and cleaning a very soot-filled burner. Now I am waiting for the part and we'll be sure to be in touch!! Thank you again!

They are only interested in jacking up price, not fix problem, nor investigate problem and disguise solution doing unnecessary work resulting in destroying aesthetics leaving exposed pipes and damaging fixtures. Owner is nothing but a dandy.

Was very happy with their services. I see these bad reviews and dont understand as I was so extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend them to do any of your plumbing needs.

They cleared the drain line, but it took two tries and I was not receptive when they tried to upsell me on a septic drain field project.

To Summarize: Spoke to the receptionist who made an appointment. No one showed up or called. When I called to see about the appointment she was short and very rude.

Tech installed the heater without a pan and no auto shutoff in case it leaks
Then the tech tells me job is $1150
Would not recommend or use again

Your employees that drive the van are rude .(Can't say what I really want to at this point)when streets are flooded and can't fly over the other cars your driver decides to flip everyone off and yell profanity to people with kids in the car.I won't ever hire this company if that's who they have representing them in the streets I can only imagine on the job.

While ordering food at McDonalds located at 18295 S Dixie Hwy, Perrine, FL 33157 yesterday evening a gentleman white skin, light eyes driving a WRAPPED BLUE BOB'S PLUMBING LOW ROOF NISSAN NV VAN pulled up behind my van. And started to curse asking me & yelled to move forward but there were no space to move since we were at the drive through. At one point he released his seatbelt and open his door thinking he was going to intimidate someone by acting irrational. At that point I released my seatbelt to make sure he understood I was not going to let him come close to me and open my door as well. At that point he got in to his truck and continue to run his mouth and flipping his middle finger. I realized that maybe he had a long day at work and was stressed out.

No matter what he shouldn't act like that. That act from yesterday not only put him / me, my family and others present at the place of incident at risk but also made Bob's Plumbing reputation go South...

By the way, I'm pretty sure he was not aware I have front and rear DASH CAMS.

I will be reposting this review on every available platform just to make a statement and let the public know that Bob's Plumbing personnel is not professional.

Love the tea room. Try their cucumber finger sandwiches. I love to walk the zoo and then go have their refreshing finger sandwiches with ambrosia salad. Just puts you in a good mood.

It seems this company has bad attitudes all around from the plumber who visited my home, to the person handling calls in the office. I hired them to snake out a slow kitchen drain, and when the drain was not properly cleaned, and my drain is more backed up than before, this company would not honor and stand by their job to get it fixed without the threat of charging me again to come out.
I also inquired to have this company replace my water heater, but they were to busy to follow through and never called me back.
POOR SERVICE!!!

They were available and Ross found a leak I was not aware of in my shut off valve that is important Scott was able to repair a shower that had been frozen for a long time. They were Covid compliant and timely

As we went through several meetings with plumbing contractors on a full remodel of our house in Pinecrest, we were referred to Casey, John and the Team at Bobs Plumbing. The project in general was reading the plans, estimating, and execution. We could not be happier with the final product. The guys always communicated very well and were available for questions, guidance and explanation. They read specs and let me know ahead of time if they saw problems which could be addressed before it became a cost to us. Also, if there was a low cost add that could enhance the project they recommended it i.e. ; insulation of the overhead piping to the bathrooms makes the cold /cold and the hot/hot....big improvement! I would 100% recommend you speak to these guys prior to making a final decision on who to use, their word is their business model.
