Well Aqua pro came and inspected our pipes within 20 min. Very proffesional then 3 days later we got an estimate. So for now i had questions on financing the amout required but never heard back. I also asked how long was estimate good for? Did not get a response.

I tried to hire Aqua Pro Plumbing, 6/3 and was told the technician would arrive between 9:30am and 10:30am, patiently I waited for the technician and assumed he'd appear to handle my leak between the scheduled time and at 10:41am he had still not arrived, when I called to follow up as I had taken time from work to wait for him, the manager said he was on the way at 9:40am, when I called at 10:41am, the tech said that he wouldn't be there for another 30 minutes, when I called the dispatch again they said 40 minutes, with such lack of communication and lack of compassion for the time I was taking to work to hire them to assist me, I canceled the service call and called someone else. This is not the type of customer service that should be given, if you're running late tell someone or reschedule don't just string them along and have them wait around all day and jeopardize their own livelihood. Would not ever call or recommend again.

Aqua Pro come on time, very professional vans and cordial technician name Peter, he came for a pipe inspection due to old rusty cast iron, after he inspect the entire home he provided us a video and a plan layout of our property with damage areas, on the spot he provided a quote for us which we didn't hesitate to sigh, they gave a 2 weeks lead time and which they came on the same day they say they will. I have not seen a company like this so organized since I was in Maryland. no change orders as they promises. would recommend this company to anyone, they are the real deal.

My experience with Aqua-Pro was amazing. Last summer I had a toilet leak all over my bathroom floor and I was leaving on a business trip the next day. I spoke with Peter and he said that I can spend money to have it fixed but most likely I will be calling them back to have it fixed again since the toilets were older and it would be better just to replace it for just a couple hundred dollars more. He said that he could install a new one if somebody could let them into my apartment. I let them do the job without me there and when I came home it was installed and at a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t you know it’s my other toilet let loose six months later. Again they ordered the toilet and came to replace it at this time I was there. Workers were punctual, professional, trustworthy and friendly. It’s really hard to find this kind of professionalism in Miami Beach. I highly recommend them. Thank you Peter!

I was pleased with their presentation. They were polite and responsive to my questions. They were prompt and finished my job in three days. The only drawback was a language barrier with the workmen and failure to provide a written guarantee.

I am so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of this company. The plumber Steven showed up on time and explained every aspect of the leak detection process. He found a leak underground and he repaired the wax ring also. He did a very good caulking and cleanup. He spent the time and explained the pipeline technology in detail. I will be moving forward with them for additional work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Their tech Steven was great, but I had a horrible experience working with Aqua Pro’s management. It took a month to get an invoice with a report of what work was actually done to resolve the problems at our newly purchased home.

We contracted Aqua Pro plumbing to update our old outdated cast iron pipes via Trenchless pipe lining as our pipes were failing. Not only were they reasonably priced given the scope of the project, but professional, on time and very courteous while in our home. Pedro the owner is very responsive and he and his employees are highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Aqua Pro for all of your plumbing needs. They are top notch!

Oh my God where do I start this company is amazing we needed a camera to find our main sewer line and not only are they knowledgeable they're quick they're fast and they gave us great advice which saved us thousands of dollars because of honestly our architectural plans were not correct and it wasn't the architect's fault it was based off of what the previous builder sent. And that happens all too often and a lot of people put their trust in existing architectural plans but making sure you have someone with a plumber to verify will save you thousands and thousands of dollars.... I'm beyond Happy with their service and I will use this company again.

Pedro at Aqua Pro responded to my water heater leak immediately via phone/text and said he could stop by at my earliest convenience to have a look. After arriving at a time we agreed upon on-time, he assessed the situation, provided a straightforward solution and, in my opinion, a very fair estimate within minutes.

Steven G. took his time and let me know of an issue with a toilet that had been installed by the previous do-it-yourself owner where a flange was missing. We were lucky we never had a leak onto into the condo unit below us. He installed the toilet the correct way, never "complaining" about the extra time. Of course we ended up paying more for the additional time and part but at least we know that everything was done correctly with no short cuts. We will be having some additional work done on a faucet fixture & will request Steven for all our plumbing work if he is available. So nice to find hard-working, reliable professionals!

Aqua Pro is the absolute best! I have trusted them for years already, and every time they come they do their best to resolve the issue. They also give you plenty of options and never push any project, I highly recommend. Don’t go anywhere else!

Pedro and his team solved three different issues I was having. I hired them because their pricing was competitive and had good reviews. The work was done well, even though one of the projects took longer than I expected and the worker (Danny, I believe) had to keep doing things by trial and error, going in and out of the house to shut off the water supply each time, when I feel like if he knew exactly how the product worked or should be installed, he could've solved it faster. Also, Pedro gave me my estimate, but even after mentioning to him that I didn't hire another company because of the Spanish-speaking language barrier, he still sent over a Spanish-speaking-only worker to do the labor. I was a bit annoyed by that simply because it made communicating with him difficult. He was a friendly guy, though, and did the work fairly well despite what I described above. I also think the responsiveness via text/phone could be improved. Overall, however, I'm satisfied with their work and would still recommend them.

We have been dealing with a hot and cold water mixing issue in the house for 4 years. We have had 5 different plumbers come and suggest tearing the wall open, and doing some other costly repairs we were not too keen on. So we lived with it and kept asking about solutions as we had other plumbing issues.

Enter Victor Marquez and Brandon from Aqua Pro Plumbing. Where other plumbers have failed, they quickly identified the master shower mixing valves as the culprits, were able to find and order the correct valves for some extremely rare custom shower fixtures, and perform a careful installation to bring this original system back to proper functioning and now we have proper separation of hot and cold water again throughout the house.

We also had them replace a water heater for us and it went seamlessly.

Extremely nice to work with, fair priced, prompt, courteous and careful. They treated our home like it was theirs and I will continue to call on them and recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I had a defective water heater and by chance came across Peter and his team. Within an hour of my call, they came over to provide a free estimate. They were extremely transparent in pricing and even showed me exactly what needed to be done. They were friendly and very courteous which is so rare these days. Working with them was a pleasure and I highly recommend them!

The 2 men you sent to work on our plumbing were awesome!!! Very professional. They went way above and beyond our expectations. Our old plumbing presented some very unique challenges. These guys were great about keeping me informed. So happy with the work they did.

I received when I called the main office to Jorge keeping me posted on his on time arrival.... this company is a class act. Fast and efficient. I have used their services before and always very helpful, fair, and knowledgeable ...I highly recommend.

I perform commercial pressure washing in the overnight hours and at 3:45am, I was in need of a commercial plumber due to a water spigot rupture at on Office Max retail store. I was able to get in touch with Peter at Aqua Pro and he stated that he could have a tech on site within 45 minutes but it would be costly. At that time I told Peter I didn't care what the cost was, I just need this repaired as it was blasting roughly 25 gpm into the roadway. Instead of taking all my info and sending a tech, and taking my money, he asked me to explain to him exactly what happened. After explaining to Peter what the problem was, he instructed me to call my employees who were on site and relay to them the information he had given me on how to repair the spigot themselves. With Peter's kindness and expertise, my employees were able to repair the spigot without Peter sending a tech and having to charge me an emergency fee. I can't thank him enough for what he did for us!!!

The service rendered this week was very good. Workers were very professional, on time, always cleaning after day’s work. They also kept us informed of work being done by showing us videos of pipes cleaning and refurbishing. Alvaro in particular was very efficient and hard working. We highly recommend them.
