Their customer service is the worst. I will never call this place again.

i got there at 11 AM , i had 8 people ahead of me, i finally got out of there at 12:10, dont go there in a rush because you will loose your mind.

They should be out of business with their disgusting customer service. I have called on various occasions and walked in as well. This place will never change.

I'm glad I discovered this place today. Another store had sold me a bad part and given hassle so I found Lion Plumbing here on google and hurried down. They had the exact parts I needed at good prices. The warehouse is huge. It looks like that have any plumbing part you can imagine.

It was a pleasure doing business there . The staff was courteous the wait time was normal the staff who dealt with me was experienced and took care of my needs appropriately .I am very satisfied.

Everything seemed clean.

Went in with a commercial order to get a quote for 40 toilets and 40 sinks and I was told they didn't have time to help me then I asked to speak to the person in charge of the department, forget it he is too busy. "Send your order by fax". Ok. I'll spend my money elsewhere

Great plumbing supply. All employee's are very knowledgeable (even Larry lol) if lion doesn't have what you need no-one does.

Come back to buy more so I bought surplus. I go to return $65 worth of items the next day and they penalize me for this. 25% restocking fee they state. I purchase properties and I will make sure to find a plumbing supply store with values and doesn't penalize you for purchasing more than you need. Very bad experience wouldn't recommend this store.

I'm 71 y.o., US Army veteran, on a fixed income. Needed a pvc joint which cost $2.00. LION charged $5.00 because that's the minimum allowed using a debit card.

Dropping off load with 53 trailer, backing is very tight but manageable. Very quick to get me on dock. 3 hours unload time

Very poor service skills, We arrived to return Parts and waited 40 min, after the wait they told us that it will take to long to process and kicked us out. Who does that to a customer? We are a reg. Customer, we spent a lot of money in the past at your place.

The guys that work the counter worried more about sharing a coffee then the customers waited 30 minutes in line until I finally had to walk out terrible customer service we'll never go there again

Bad experience. Excessive prices, I don't mean just a little bit overpriced but totally out of range.
At a time where wearing a mask is more than a courtesy, the technician didn't feel like wearing his and put it on the kitchen counter the second he came in.
Sloppy job, dirty hand marks on the wall, breaking the bottom pan of the water heater that they just changed etc.... This is not a professional job and certainly far from reaching anyone's expectation.
Funny thing is when you go on their website everything looks appealing and their reviews are ALL excellent. Of course it is on their website so their control and put whatever they want. Totally not reflecting the truth.
Fortunately a Google review is a more realistic tool and can better guide you for your future needs. Lion Plumbing Inc...... never again.

Terrible customer service and killing you with the price. Bought a faucet valve amazon has the same one for 12 dollars this guys charge me 31 crazy this is the last time you getting my money for sure

Lion Pluming has the best customer service. Their employees are very knowledgeable. I always refer them to all my family and friends. They have never let us down with their service. Thank you Lion Plumbing!

Definitely could not give anything above a 2 star for this place. Yes they have a good place going, with a massive amounts of plumbing supplies but their customer service is outrageous, maybe its just me since it was my first time, but from my experience i am leaving them a 2 star rating. I showed up at the location at 1:36pm, pulled number 23, and waited, as they were still on customer #9. I noticed that the employees were working to get people helped out and out of the store as quick as possible. But i waited 2 hours to be helped, for them to tell me, "oh sorry we dont have that part anymore, you will need to drive 15 miles to another store where they MIGHT have it". I am a very patient person, and on top of all of it i waited as other customers came in, grabbed a number after me, about 6 or 7, and all of them were helped before i was because they knew an employee there from previous visits and that to me is not proper customer service. Again, this was my first visit and maybe i just had bad luck, but this was my experience and im rating the place a two star for all the time wasted there to not have the part i needed.

Drivers, you're going to need a spotter. Narrow, well trafficked street and a blindside back. Be patient, the guys here are cool and will help.

I talked to a guy here before I delivered and supposedly you can also turn onto 144th and get onto 143rd and do it as a normal back but the connecting street doesn't look like it's meant for trucks. There were trailers on that street going down that direction and there's a little expediting company on 143rd so maybe you can. I don't know. I felt blindsiding was the safer option.
