They didn’t assist or fix anything whatsoever in my plumbing repair poor service

Came to look at something wrong with my plumbing and could not figure it out still got charged $250 horrible service.

Won't take a, 1 week old, defective product back. Would not recommend.

Worst service in the world, make sure you pack a lunch cause the wait is always 1+ hours for anything. Unfortunately it's the only plumbing supply in the area so you have no choice. If you have a hookup you go to the front of the line.

I try to call the store to find if they have an item the reception office transferred me to the sales person they hangs up without answering I call back the same as first time they don’t need to do business

Unprofessional as hell, No greeting, rude sales guy name Jo with glasses, wont allow you to ask questions , then arguing with customers, I will not recommend anyone buying something from this place, and i am going to tell my contractors don't ever send anyone over to this tacky establishment

Their answering service is horrible. I have tried multiple times to talk to someone in the parts department but they keep hanging up on me. I was going to give this place 2 stars but all day today I tried to talk to someone there and got zero help. Go to home depot or just go on line.

Worst Customer Service ever. Specially a guy name Fernando hanging up the phone and after trying to call again to talk to the store manager. The call never went thru they kept hanging up the phone.
