Best plumbing service in south Florida!!

I saw them doing work for my neighbor and asked to come over to look at my toilet which was backed up. I just really appreciate efficient, professional, and honest workers, I think I've found my plumber for life! Would highly recommend!

Menachem was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed my bathroom sink pipes and explained in detail the options and problems using lay terms that I could understand. He even gave me a few pointers to help the situation in the future.

OMG! Come home at 7pm to find puddle in garage from leaking water heater. Found Ark on Yelp so they don’t know me from Adam. Within 15 min texting with Manny. Crew is out at 10 the next morning. New tank in place by noon. Can’t beat that kinda service!

Called a few plumbers for a garbage disposal problem and they were not very responsive. I tried Ark plumbing, they came and took care of it right away.

Responsive, effective, and fairly priced. Called them for a broken drain. After sending them pictures via whatsapp, they sent me a quote, and within 24 hrs I had a technician at home fixing it. The technician was friendly, explained what he was doing, and took care to leave everything very clean before leaving. I recommend them.

Fantastic Plumbers! Professional, responsive, clean, & knowledgable. They had to cut out our living floor to fix a collapsed iron pipe. Created a dust free space around the hole with plastic, the guys couldn't have been nicer.

due is loud and annoying

He came to clear a clog in my main sewage drain on 8/5/18 and charged me over $200 for the 15 minute job.
On 8/22/18 i’m having the exact same problem. I call him to come fix his work and he said he’ll be here within 2 hours... never shows. I call multiple times that day and the day after with no response, straight to voicemail.
I paid him that much for his work that lasted two weeks, he is a scam artist and clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. Call anybody but this guy.

I have a leaking toilet to fix. The company sent an apprentice named John who had no license and knew nothing about plumbing. He made tens of calls, and did every step based on what he was told in the phone. This guy spent six hours, used parts I bought without my permission, and made the leaking even worse. I called the company tens of times asking to fix the problem. Everytime I was told tomorrow, and then there's no show. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Be very careful, Ray loves to hear himself talk. Cant spend 5 minutes on the phone with him without hearing how good and reliable he is. How nobody is licensed and how many people are standing in line to use his services. Bottom line, he's all talk and no action. Missed 3 appointments, never showed and had the nerve to answer his phone and apologize each time. He never had the intention to follow through, got a kick out of wasting my time. Well, here's your first review... Have some integrity behind your words Mr I'm the only guy who is reliable.
