Great spot but I want to comment on the security guard outside. They allow up 10 people inside the store at a time, but do not allow 2 people to come into the store together? That's ridiculous because I usually bring my tech to help get the right parts. I don't know if this mandated by somebody, but the guard outside is claiming that this is the law. I just thought you should know that.. I wanted to buy more things but I was forced to let my tech go in and grab only what was necessary. Anywho great supply spot.

They're knowledgeable about their products but they work very slow. I returned again about 3 years later. Service was good. The clerk helped me find the right faucet handle for a barbershop/salon sink faucet. It was hard to find other places. They tend to have those hard plumbing items. So you can on any day have a not good experience, but come back again and very good experience. So overall it's a good place. No place on earth will be perfect every time.

Only been in a couple of times to buy some items no one else had. The items I needed were specefically needed for my projects so the fact that they had them in stock was a lifesaver. The only problem I've had is that the last time I went I had to wait for about 20 minutes to be seen by someone and I had the same problem as another reviewer, where someone who knew one of the employees came in and skipped me by going to that employee. I felt the urge to become belligerent after this incident but I was humbled when I looked back at my fellow patrons, standing in line, and saw the looks of disbelief and sighs of dismay at the unprofessional system of customer service this establishment has in effect. They also don't call numbers so their tickets don't do jack. I did get my items though and prices were good so I won't complain too much. All in all a good experience going here.

Horrible experience. The plumber arrived to my house yesterday and could not take off a screw to figure out what cartridge was going to be required to stop the leak in my tub faucet. Before he quoted me any price on the fix, he then started drilling to open the faucet when I stopped him and asked for a price. He then called the central office which called me back and revised their original price. They were so expensive that I immediately cancelled the visit and sent the tech home. Do not hire this company they are going to try and find a way to take your money for a job that costs 1/2 as much. I hired a new plumber and he fixed the issue at 1/2 the price.

They don’t do good work very slow and not recommend

The service is not the problem, it is the inefficient way they run the place and the amount of time wasted. It takes an over an hour to speak to someone at the counter and all 12 people waiting in the small waiting area were not happy about it. I assume this happens often. I don’t blame the staff. I blame management for not doing its job. They should find a better way to manage this supply house.

I had a great experience at Lion Plumbing Supply Inc. Belinda one of the sale reps was, friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my project.

I’ll definitely be coming back for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing products and great customer service.

Been buying here for years, but every time you go its a terrible experience. I must hate myself for continuing to use this place. Some of the salesmen are literal clowns, smart ass comments and most of all rude. I'll drive an extra hour if i have to in order to avoid this place from now on.

Lion Plumbing has been around for a long time, reasonably priced and always helped me out with all of my needs. As time changes, so does any business. The last couple of times that I have done business with them, they were high in price and I had to order my parts online. Perhaps they just saw an individual and not a contractor. Overall, they can help with almost any Plumbing issue.

Very slow. Does not go by there number system. They service there friends while new and non befriended customers wait hours for simple materials. Waste of time better off going to any other supply house
