This is another place that only cares about customer service when it involves leading you to the cash register. I bought shower pieces and was referred to Robert with R&R Plumbing. He destroyed my bathroom. I had two leaks as a result and he just disappeared for nine days after I gave him a check. I had to hire someone else to fix the mess he caused. Ileana with Wolf plumbing was of zero assistance I called her a dozen times asking when Robert was going to fix the mess he caused and her response? "Oh he's busy". What a joke.

The worst customer service , the store is good but the pick up area is a nightmare … very expensive and the waiting time to get any product is more than a 30 min…. They don’t like to work

Crazy helpful staff and huge selection at various price point. Felt the staff were trying really hard to make sure we were happy and not just trying to upsell. Stayed a few minutes past regular closing to confirm we got everything and was happy with final choices. Very professional.

This place is a hidden gem. They have a beautiful showroom in the heart of the Bird Road Art District. Maria the salesperson is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have everything you need and more. Every product they have are of great quality.

Extremely disappointed!!! 15 mins before closing at 5 pm the owner/manager began to whistle from around the corner as to let the sales staff to hurry, it's closing time. We were in the process of getting pricing and ready to buy!! Then, as if that was NOT enough, the other sales lady began to turn off ALL the display lights. They told me to come back tomorrow at 8 am if I wanted to buy something. As I left at 4:55 pm - everyone was rushing out the door. Go early or expect to get sent home!!
