I worked with Midaymis Gonzalo, showroom sales consultant, and she was absolutely excellent! She was knowledgeable/resourceful about the field, worked quickly to meet my time constraints, and innovated as necessary. The showroom was large and well equipped, and the inventory available met my most urgent needs. One stop shopping! Could not have been more pleased!

Everything is perfect with Wool!. Marcia our sales representative is very professional, nice person, very accurate with the information. As a contractor is very important for us to count with professional people like them in our subcontractors and suppliers team. All warranties are granted if you have an issue or problem with any item. The staff at the warehouse is very efficient. Really good experience!!, really good to recommend.

I was nervous going into the Wool showroom initially, but we immediately met Marcia who matched us with exactly what we were looking for. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us an enjoyable remodeling experience. We were also lucky enough to meet Justin Wool, one of the Vice Presidents, who gave great advice on future home projects!

I had a great experience at Wool Kitchen & Bath. Both Jeff and Liliana were very helpful and thorough. Liliana took the time to sit with me and go through every detail of my bathrooms. She had great suggestions and is incredibly knowledgeable. This team provides outstanding customer service and makes this process of building a home a delight.

Wonderful customer service!!! Dino was very knowledgeable and really helped my husband and I pick out the perfect shower and accessories for our new bathroom!!! We first tried online using the kohler website but we had more questions and we couldn’t make the decision then we tried going into Home Depot but honestly finding someone to help us answer the questions that we had was impossible. Then I called the store to see if they had kohler in stock and I was surprised when Dino said yes!!! I told my husband please go to the store and thanks to Dino’s expertise and knowledge we were able to answer the questions and helped us decide color, shape, style and items to purchase!!!

This feedback is not for the saleswomen at the showroom. But for the salespersons at plumbing supply. I was there thanks to google search. When I arrived there were two salespersons, a guy with a pony tail and a chubby white lady. Sorry if I refer to them that way, but they don't have a name tag, so it's the only way I can identify them. The guy was serving a customer for about 15 minutes, nothing related, he was talking about vacations and a cruise . When he finished talking, he disappeared and left me sitting there. I waited another 5 minutes and asked the lady if she was the only person serving customers and she responded with a bad attitude, YES. I told her that I was going to put a negative review on Google for bad service, she told me that she didn't care. Hopefully this review reaches someone from a higher level and improves customer service.

Great team at Wool Supply. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive especially Liliana that guided us through our entire purchase. Beautiful showroom with great luxury brands. We were able to get all of our finishes and plumbing with such ease. Priceless experience!

We had a great experience at Wool Kitchen and Bath! The store was huge and completely stocked with everything that we needed for our home improvement project. Liliana the sales agent was extremely knowledge and very helpful. She helped us select everything that we needed including some beautiful high-end finishes. I t was literally a one stop shop for all of the plumbing needs. Highly recommend Wool Kitchen and Bath.

I went to Wool’s for the first time and was very impressed. All the employees we met were very nice and helpful, from the man who greeted us when we entered to the one who loaded my car. The salesperson Liliana Pardo is amazing, one of a kind. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, smart, a good listener. She isn’t pushy and works within your budget. She always responds to questions when you call her. She has excellent suggestions. What is an overwhelming endeavor to redo a bathroom, Liliana made it much easier.

Wool has an amazing showroom with great variety, which is a must see for anyone doing a renovation or new construction in Miami. As an architect, this is the only place I shop and send my clients to, as they are so professional and helpful. Their staff, particularly Liliana, is always so knowledgeable and make selecting plumbing fixtures, vanities and even lighting fixtures a breeze. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

We have an 8 unit apartment building in Coral Gables that was deemed unlivable because of the plumbing. After several quotes from various companies familiar with Coral Gables building compliance which I can say without a doubt is the strictest Building department in Dade county, I chose Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs. John came out and did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do and in the time he was going to do it in. Very professional and very clean work. We did run into an unforeseen issue which is normal that cost a small amount extra but compared to the scope of the work involved we were lucky there were no more unforeseen issues. John also did many extra things that he didn't charge for even though we offered to pay him for it he did not accept. He is a man of integrity and that is rare in this World, let alone this city. I highly recommend them if you have these issues, they will get the job done on time and on budget, guaranteed.

John and his crew were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They responded on the date and time we had agreed upon, and went straight to work. From the time they started to the time they finished, his guys were very diligent and answered all my questions as to what they were doing and why it was done in that method. Nothing but professional, even my wife was happy. Two days total time, and no damage to the house, what more could you ask for. I give John and Trenchless my highest recommendation. I have recommended them to numerous other people in my area, as we all seem to have the same issues.

John and his team are a rare find in south Florida. I don't say this lightly after having dealth with many plumbing companies and plumbers over the years. John is beyond fair and reasonable. The rate he quoted me is not only better than competition, he did not charge me for extra work that was not in the original quote, he even offered me a refund of my deposit after commencing work when we discovered that the scope of work is much more than we anticipated and I had to rethink it. He is my go to guy from now on for all my plumbing needs!

I had called two separate plumbers to analyze my issue. One wanting to tear my floors up to remedy the issue. The other said I would have to contact someone else because a camera was needed because he could not unclog the pipes. A friend recommended I call Trenchlesss. The guys were extremely nice, well mannered and professional. They figured out the issue. I won’t lie, it was complicated. But these guys figured out the way to fix the problem without having to tear up my floors. They took two days to completely resolve the issue, recommended and made some installations to avoid a future issue and when I braced myself for the bill I was pleasantly surprised. I can’t say enough positive remarks about these guys. I highly recommend them, and I rarely will take the time to leave a review. Very happy guy here.

Our experience with Trenchless Sewer was amazing. We have cast iron pipes and they were obstructed. This company came out with cameras and immediately found the problem. They cleaned all pipes and coated them and the problem was solved. The workers were helpful, efficient, friendly and responsible. The owner, John, made this experience smooth and pleasant. We highly recommend Trenchless Sewer.

I must express my complete satisfaction of the excellent job that Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs did in my house. When I was petrified looking for a solution to the broken cast iron pipe in the kitchen, I got in touch with them... They offered a plan to fix it, and performed the job in three days. The team was excellent, very professional and respectful. They cleaned up every day leaving the kitchen in working conditions. I couldn’t ask for more.

I contacted this company for a quote. They were at my property within the hour of my request and they quickly and efficiently resolved a massive plumbing problem that every other company I called told me would require breaking the floors inside my home. The idea of doing that with 5 kids at home in the middle of a pandemic was devastating to me. They worked for days to come up with a way to fix the plumbing system without breaking ground inside my house. They installed the new pipes and with the floor they had to break outside, the did everything very neatly and left everything in order which was hard to do because it was a major job. They also gave me an excellent price and I am beyond happy with the work they did. I highly recommend this company.

Well when you have to call a sewer repair company it usually isn’t a joyful call for a minor fix the toilet leak, no it’s usually a major problem. In my case it was a huge problem, I just bought a home in Gables by the Sea and the main sewer line was old cast iron which had several cracks, holes and sections which eroded away and as a result sewage was backing up in my house, not fun. John (owner) responded to my message I believe I found him on yelp on a Sunday and came out the same day to ease my concerns. He walked me through my options, he was courteous, informative and professional. He explained this was not going to be an easy job but no matter what he was going to fix it. The pipe was so deteriorated we even had to dig up some areas to take sections out which were completely eroded away. John and his crew worked through all the problems with positive attitudes eliminating the stress off my shoulders. If you are looking for a Trenchless company, look no further call John.

Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining . John called back later that day after reviewing the video and advised me of the same. If you are looking for an honest and no BS company to take care of you Trenchless Sewer Line Repair is it.

John's team did a great job repairing the entire drain pipe system which I thought was beyond repair. Very professional, always on time, great quality of work. First time I work with them but will definitively use them in the future for other jobs.
