I used this company after dealing with another that kept pushing my 1 day job week after week. I called on a Saturday and they scheduled me for that Monday!!!!!! They were early to the visit, quick, detailed in telling me what is going to happen and what they are going to do. They were very beyond kind, respectful and efficient.

John is a Great Guy. His crew was able to help us out assisting our clients on relining their cast iron drain systems in Aventura. They did a an excellent job and arrived on each scheduled day. I will only refer and recommend John from Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs.

Great service, provided service immediately for us. We had pipe damage (cast iron), dirt and water backing up in our laundry and we had recently remodeled the house and we didn’t want to destroy it putting new pipes through the it, this was our best option. The owner John was very helpful, explained the process and answered all our questions and request. Kent and his crew were great. I recommend Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs, I’m happy we came a cross this company.

Had my kitchen sink plug up last night, draining very slowly. Called Trenchless and they came over right after they finished at a nearby property. Found the P-trap plugged up with grease, cleaned it right out, advised how to avoid such problems in the future. Excellent work, as usual. PS - three years ago, they replaced all of my corroding cast iron piping by inserting plastic lining which has worked very well.

These guys are the best they work around your schedule. I need an emergency they did exactly as they say they would do I had a funeral to attend to.They respectful they did everything they were supposed to do. I couldn’t have asked for anything better John you and your guys are the best thank you so much me and my family I can’t thank you enough All the praises and blessings go out to you guys. I called John Walters after a smoke test showed we had serious cracks in our old cast iron pipes. John came out, and quickly quoted me a competitive price with a very quick start date. His team arrived on time as promised. John’s team worked hard to ensure we would not need to break any flooring or walls to complete the repairs. I highly recommend John and his team.

We are quite satisfied with the work done by John Walters and his team. Their pricing was competitive with the other estimates we had for relining of our cast iron pipes. We chose them because of several recommendations from friends and neighbors and we weren't disappointed. John answered tons of questions I had about the process before they began work. Andy and Gabe are the members of his crew who did the bulk of the work and they were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. It was relatively complicated for a residential job and, as promised, they were back on-site within a couple of hours to address a minor issue that came up afterwards. John also volunteered to help me with an inspection after the job was done and ultimately that helped move the process along. Highly recommend.

John team didn’t complete the job. Have been given the run around for months. I have called to get the work finished. I keep being told “I will call you back” with no call backs.

John canceled the job without any explanation. I signed the contract in December and the job was supposed to be done early January, but instead of scheduling the job he told me he won't do it. This person is not reliable.

Great company… They repaired my rotted pipes with little downtime needed and without the disruption and inconvenience of replacing the pipes. John was able to fully describe the process and assure me that I would not need to replace the existing pipes. He was always available when needed and easy to deal with. He even offered to pay for a nights hotel as he wanted to make sure the epoxy was fully dried; however, did not have him pay this expense. Needed additional service unrelated to initial work a few times after initial work was done and also pleased with the quick response and professionalism. Would recommend them highly!

This company has gone above and beyond, I had work with many plumbing companies in the past but John and his professional team are number one. I work for a management company as a Chief Engineer for over 14 yrs and I can speak from experience John and his team won’t let you down residential and commercial plumbing and pipe lining 100% guaranteed .

If you want something done right, go to Trenchless. Everyone is stunned to hear they need a new cast iron pipe. You immediately think, they have to dig under the house! Not true. The owner John educate calmed me down after explaining the process. The gentlemen that he sent to do the job were professional. They pulled up at the time stated and started working. Very Important to us is that workers don’t leave a mess. When they were finished with the last part, the bathroom, I heard them cleaning it. Companies just don’t do this kind of service anymore. The guys were happy to work. They were polite and here with a purpose. No dragging feet. I would recommend this company to anyone.
