It says a lot that I am going out of my way to just write a review for this company.The prices here are the best in town. I had a few things missing in my shipment and they fixed things right away. I ordered some custom items from Kallista and my bathroom came out beautiful.

Excellent showroom with extensive options. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am rebuilding a house and will definitely be going to Wool for all my bathroom and kitchen needs. Great prices too!

Great experience! The staff helped explain the different options available, so I could feel comfortable with my purchase. I am very satisfied with my new tankless water heater.

Employees are not experts in shower and bath systems. The manager was understanding of this and helped me with my shower system because he knew they messed up so bad. Everything came in wrong finish, they were not able to give me delivery dates on any items. I asked to pay red label express shipping they didn't even try to do it. I redid 4 bathrooms in my house. Wasted an extra 2k or 3k fixing there mess ups. I went to gables plumbing for my master everything was perfect. At the end of the day the sales reps are not good and they are not thorough.

I had a very positive experience with Wool Kitchen and Bath. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but I was given a few options by the showroom associate in the same budget range, one of which I ended up going with. She also caught a mistake I made when choosing the type of shower valve I needed. I could not be happier with my new master bathroom and kitchen.

Our realationship goes back 2 generations with Wool. What can I say, good products, good service at a fair price. My very professional sales person takes much of the complexity out of the purcasing experience. Thank you for making my work a little eaiser.

It is very rare to be a happy customer in Miami today, as people have forgot how to bring good customer service to the marketplace. But, I can't say the same thing about this company as we had an issue with Rannai water heater and even though it was not their problem, but because we bought it from them, they got extremely involved with the technician, the warranty department and we got it solve. I have to thank directly to Armando Monteagudo, Mario and Elton for taking care of us and walking us through the entire process.

Wool Kitchen & Bath is an amazing showroom with only the very best products. The showroom is vast but wonderfully organized and easy to browse. My showroom consultant, Marcia Lainez, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and provided all the guidance that I needed. This is the only place that I will ever shop for all of my kitchen and bath needs.

I’ve purchased bathroom fixtures and toilets from wool supply several times in the past. Their pricing and product selection is unparalleled and I’ve always received excellent service, and as we know that is usually not the case in miami. Their associates are true professionals who provide as much or as little advice as you need. I recommend wool supply for all your remodeling and general bath and kitchen supply needs. We were in need of getting our fixtures right away and weren't able to return to the warehouse on a Friday. We were playing phone tag with our customer representative and unfortunately my last call was 5 minutes before the store closed. They were able to get me everything that I needed and I was able to run over and pay for it. They waited for me to get there, even after closing time. I genuinely appreciated the service, especially on a Friday, when the store is closed on the weekend and I would have had to wait until Monday to get the fixtures to my plumber.

As a designer, I need to be able to quickly and efficiently place orders for my clients. usually, I 'm running on tight deadlines. Wool plumbing, and Marcia specifically, are a great help. I highly recommend their products, and their customer service is unparalleled.

Visited today and had amazing help from Marcia! She walked us through the many many options and brands to narrow down my needs and price point. We went home with every fixture and accessory for our new bathrooms because every item was in stock!! Will be returning for my kitchen renovation!

Liliana Prado is a gift! She is extremely knowledgeable. She connects the dots so you don't have to guess what you need to accomplish your project, this is extremely helpful. As a designer I can say, She is pleasant and cares about each project, I feel she is an incredible resource to have and more importantly an amazing person to deal with. Lastly, when customer service has become a part of history, she is still super helpful after the sale.

When I explained the situation to Ana, she helped me immediately and provided me correct valve as well as matching cover for my fixtures.
