My story is similar to most, bought a house, didn’t know about the cast iron pipes. A week after fully renovating the whole place the plumbing issues began.
Owners take pride in their work! They must be great bosses too because their teams work very hard.

I contacted Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs because I was having issues with the old and worn out cast iron sewer pipes. Ralph, a representative from the company came out and in detail explained the innovative process of liner or epoxy used to reline the pipes without digging or having to break the floor. After agreeing on the contract, the work commenced as scheduled and was completed within a week. The workers were punctual, professional and courteous, and they took pride in their work. They answered all of my concerns and explained the process along the way. After the job was completed the premises was left clean. I HIGHLY recommend this company! My grandparents had a water leak outside of the house under the concrete. We were looking at potentially being without water for the weekend. But, John sent his guys out the same day, PROBLEM SOLVED! Really went above and beyond for us working in pouring rain, pipe fixed after breaking through side walk concrete slab, concrete slab fixed, good as new. Very fair price! Couldn’t be happier with every aspect of service, and I highly recommend them (they do trenchless sewer line repair and other plumbing). John was fantastic - very responsive, helpful, and fair. We had our house in contract. The buyer hired a plumber to video the sewage pipes due to the house being built in 1962 which means it has cast iron pipes. The plumber noted there are cracks in the pipe. He wrote an estimate to the buyer for the repair close to $30,000.00. My wife and I had no idea the pipes were in this condition and were devastated by the estimate. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years. I immediately looked for a better cost-effective solution to solve the issue. After researching cast iron pipe online, I found Trench-Less pipe repair. I asked John to review the video and give me his assessment to repair the pipes. John informed me some of the pipe had already been repaired and gave me a price roughly 1/3 of what the plumber had quoted to the buyer. He sent 3 employees to my house the next day. The employees were polite, clean, and professional. It took them just one day of preparation and one day of repair. When they left you could not even tell they were there. John and his team saved the day! We had contracted with another company to line our old, cast-iron pipes and were guaranteed a quick and easy job that would take two days. Two weeks later, only a third of the job had been completed, and was completed poorly at that. John's company was called in to finish the job by the company we had contracted with, since they weren't able to handle our job. I ended up just working directly with John and it was smooth sailing after that. John had to correct the work that had already been done and then finish the rest of the pipes. He was on site each day and was very easy to communicate with. Pricing was VERY fair and ended up costing less than what we were originally quoted by the other company. I highly recommend John, especially if you want it done right the first time!

Long story short - I called and quickly received a call back. I explained my worries and issues with my very old pipes in the house. The owner explained very carefully what they do and how they do it. Scheduling was extremely easy. Each step of the way no matter if there was an issue or not - was explained to me. The process was fairly non invasive for me and my family as they worked on the pipes throughout the house. They were neat, thorough and honestly cared about the house itself taking as many precautions as necessary in going through the pipes. First of all I would like to thank John and his crew for coming all the way to Cape Coral to fix an emergency issue. He is well respected by other companies and plumbers. I have an old house with cast iron pipes that had some serious breaks in the lines right under my living room.
