I found them via Google and read a few reviews and needed a second opinion when an inspector recommended a total mold remediation through a Third party contractor at a cost of over $7,0000 !! That third party didn’t even do an inspection.

I called Santiago and sent him a copy of the building inspector report and ask for an opinion. He was very open and honest and explained he really needs to see the situation. I hired him at a very reasonable cost to do an initial assessment. Furthermore, if we did any remediation work through his company, he would give me credit toward the overall bill. Santiago was on time professional did a thorough examination and determined I didn’t have a mold issue however I had issues in the HVAC system being extremely dirty. He gave me a report immediately and recommendations. Should I decide to move forward. I was happy to do so, and his people were on time. Everything he outlined he was going to do he did. He guarantees the work in my case for about six months and provided me a full report with pictures. Post inspection. Where else are you gonna find a licensed and insured professional contractor that does this type of specialized to work here in Miami that is honest.!!!!!! Adam has disappeared and I’m unable to contact him or any live person. I’ve given him thousands of dollars to do a job that has not been started. The Miami number has been disconnected. What’s going on?
