This company was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, handled the mold situation in my parents house very well as it evolved from a small leak to a much larger discovery. I can't give high enough praise for ACE Restoration. Our house was in a hurricane, flooded, then caught fire all within 18 hours. ACE Restoration was an answer to a desperate prayer... everything they did was as they said it would be, on time, with constant contact throughout the entire process. OMG!!! This company is truly working according to their name. I had James come out to my home because of hurricane damage. He immediately showed me the leak, what needs to be done and how long it will take. I knew everything from beginning to end before we started the work. I am so grateful for the thoughtfulness, professionalism and just the kind nature of the reps. I saw ACE’s commercial on TV and decided to give them a call. Tony and Juan came by to do an inspection. Wow! I cannot say enough about them. They were both spot on. My doctor had said I was suffering from allergies due to possible exposure to mold in our air ducts and home. Sure enough, when they inspected our home they found surface mold in several rooms of our home. We also had what appeared to be dust with possible mold spores in our air ducts. They cleaned our air ducts and did a detailed wipe down of the affected rooms and installed an air scrubber. Since then, my allergies have subsided and you can sense the clean air in our home. This is the best money I’ve put into our home since we moved here. I will definitely be calling them frequently to get our air ducts cleaned. Thank you!

Services performed were from water damage due to roots of an oversized tree busting the pipe lines. Water damage clean up and set up of equipment to dry exposed areas, and dry wall restoration and floors was done beautifully.

He brought his team to cover the grounds of the water damage and roof leak . They worked hard, organized and left my place clean with no debris. They put in action all the mold inspections. They worked hard for us. Everytime I need him he is a phone call away. Just recently because I'm on waiting list for insurance to pay for my roof replacement. I needed an adjustment to the roof tarp.I called the company for the concern and was attended professionally by Amanda. I cannot recommend ACE Restoration enough! When we were hit with an emergency at 11:30 PM, they were the only company that actually picked up the phone. Out of over 10 companies we called, they answered and came to the rescue.
