We were so impressed with Thomas, his professionalism and the work that was completed.
Our bathroom shower pan was leaking into our garage which caused mold in between the walls.

Unfortunately, our wall had an extra layer of plywood underneath that was heavily nailed in causing additional work. We were very pleased he charged us the agreed upon price and no extra fees.
It’s hard these days to find honorable and trustworthy people. We highly recommend Thomas and his team.

I would like to recommend Thomas Avila for all that he has helped me with regarding remediation to find out if my condo has mold due to a leak in my window. If I could give Thomas 6 stars I would. No one likes to feel like they could have issues going on with their house dealing with water damage but I don't think I can refer anyone more thorough than him.

He told me his very honest opinion about what was going on with our laundry room ceiling in a way that made it easy to understand the risks involved as well as his plans on how to resolve the issue short and long term.

He came from a friend's referral but if you're shopping around on google for someone to be able to do cost-effective mold and mildew mitigation, consider this a referral !

Our home was one of the homes unfortunately impacted by the flood in Fort Lauderdale that happened in April. Thomas was very timely, attentive, gave great advice in during a stressful times, and his prices were competitive. Additionally, he provided all the necessary documentation for our insurance submission, which was critical. We highly recommend!

This is my second time using Puro Clean for my house. One time when I first moved in where the company came in to do an evaluation of the home as we suspected the previous owners had covered up some moisture in our kitchen with paint. Thankfully, we didn't have any true issues back then to work through.
Puro Clean came through this time around to do some mold mitigation as we had a leak after the heavy rains just beside our bedroom downstairs. He explained the problem we were having and gave us 3 different solutions that were easy to understand and allowed us to work within our budget to make sure the best possible outcome was achieved. He left our room paint-ready and dry. Thankfully.
I would definitely recommend going with a company that cares about your home as much as you do like Puro Clean.
