I have worked with EDR on a variety of projects on my home. They have helped with plumbing, water damage, mold remediation, and even help me get my fence installed. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them and would recommend them to my family.

EDR helped us after Hurricane Idalia. They went above and beyond what their jobs were!! The men cleaned up after the hurricane mess and cleaned up as they went on the things they had to replace. Christian Castellanos (the owner) helped us with insurance questions, gave us advice on who to call for certain problems and was great helping us in all problems that arose. All of the workers were very professional, hardworking & polite.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone!

I contacted Emergency Disaster Restoration after a couple dozen floor tile popped up off my floor in the middle of the night. Many of the tile had broken or cracked but a good number were salvageable. The tile are an older style which would be impossible to match and are also in the kitchen and den area of my home as well. Not wanting to replace tile in the entire house and where the tile popped up happened to be covered by a beautiful Persian rug, Christian of EDR suggested we use the salvaged tile around the edges of the rug and and lay new similar tile under the rug. The tile crew that came out expertly installed the old with the new so perfectly that once we rolled the rug back into place it was impossible to tell there had ever been any damage. When the time comes to renovate my floors throughout the entire house I will definitely call upon Emergency Disaster Restoration for that big job! Highly recommend this company for any home damage you may experience.

I was so frustrated when I called emergency restoration Inc. I found mold and I have to say they acted very quickly. They were in my home within a day or so. Remove the drywall that had the mold and covered the holes with plastic to ensure my AC and everything would seal and not have mold spread anywhere else. The workers that cleaned every inch of my home, including frames air ducts, etc Extremely professional and thorough. Very impressed and Love, the fact that Cristian was very responsive to my calls and text To answer any questions.

It's nice to find a professional and trustworthy business in Miami. The EDR team was able to help with my condo mold issues in my AC system. Glad they helped clean and maintain for my family's health. We definitely sleep better at night.
