Horrible experience! Do not hire this company!! They caused more damage and mold to my home, they do not stand behind their product. There workers do not speak English, they do not follow directions, they do not know what they are doing. They cut wires and tried to hide it. There is a lack of supervision and they will say anything to get you to hire them but you will regret it!

The Servpro team Eloisa Diaz, Freddy Martinez and Jose Jimenez were great! They mitigated the drywall damage after water pipes burst in our attic as a result of a devastating winter storm. They were very professional, tidy, kind, and courteous. More importantly, we found them to be very informative and knowledge as well. They got to work immediately, examined the damage, explained what needed to be done and took care of it. We are very grateful to them!

Guerby’s calm demeanor and ability to defuse complex situations involving a post hurricane condo association with high tensions proved paramount. He was always readily available to speak and explain the process and remediation. If you decide to hire Servpro, make sure you review estimates in detail and over communicate with the management office, to avoid surprises when the work is finished. Quality is just ok, not a lot of attention to details.

Don’t bother looking anywhere else, Servpro of Brickell is seriously the best! Had a water damage emergency in my kitchen, and Ozzie promised someone would be there within the hour. He wasn’t kidding. Super fast, super professional, and really easy to work with. 10/10 across the board, can’t recommend them enough.

We had a water leak from our upstairs neighbor's AC and Rainbow Restoration was quick to respond and worked with our Allstate home owners insurance to remediate the water from our home. They first installed drying equipment to dry out all affected drywall and then came back to remove our vinyl flooring under which the water had accumulated and couldn't be removed from with fans and dehumidifier. After another couple of days to dry the exposed concrete their work was completed to our satisfaction. Now the rebuilding starts with a contractor.
Jason and his team were very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and showed good common sense to keep further inconvenience for us as low as possible (for example vacuuming after removing the floors before turning the fans on so that dust and debris is not being blown around in out house, or washing off their foot prints on our remaining floors, etc.). Thank you Jason and the rest of the Rainbow team!
