I’ve had a terrible experience renting from this company. I've been trying to resolve a mold issue in my AC for months. Each time they send someone to address it, they either refuse to work or deny the existence of mold. This has forced my two small kids and me to leave the property, and the company shows no concern for our situation. Today marks the 6 visit with no solution to my living situation or the Mold issue. This is what my AC ducts looked like AFTER they “cleaned”

I highly recommend Thomas and PuroClean. He emailed me back within 1 hour of my inquiry. An upstairs bathtub overflowed while we were home and leaked through the ceiling and came through the lights downstairs. The next day he came over with moisture detectors, removed the lights and a couple baseboards, installed high quality professional blowers and a dehumidifier for a couple days. Thanks to his quick response and attentive, professional service everything dried up and I don't have to replace any drywall or electrical. He's a trustworthy, friendly and professional guy.
