I was facing home restoration when I found Ace Restoration (Miami) Talked to Alberto Rivera Who checked the damage, wrote a reasonable estimation. He had a team of professionals that worked until the house was cleaned, and fully restored.

Thanks to Jame Garcia and Ace Restoration Services, I will soon be able to repair the damage caused by Hurricane Irma to my home. Back in June they came over and assessed the roof damage and mold issues and were on top of it immediately. They placed a wrap tarp over my roof to prevent further leakage and addressed the mold issue. Any requests I had were addressed immediately. I have never had to file an insurance claim before for my home in 22 years and after doing so the insurance company tried to get off by saying that the damage did not meet my deductible. Ace’s legal team stepped in and I will soon be replacing my roof and other repairs thanks to the settlement the insurance company has now agreed to pay. James Garcia, and the Ace Restoration and legal team are my heroes. Thank you very much. I couldn’t have done it without you.👍

My overall experience with James Garcia Who represented Ace Restoration was very positive and effective. His explanation of the workscope required and to be done were very understandable and clearly described.
His Interaction and continued dialogue with me throughout the job scope was always consistent and kept me well informed of the job status.

I just want to give a big appreciation shout out to the team of ace restoration Chris, Hander and Thomas. I needed to have my roof tarp replaced after my roof was inspected yesterday. I made a call to the project manager Chris as always attentive and professional. I share my concern of my roof tarp off and the rain. He stated to attempt to get his team on board for a tarp replacement. Wow it was confirmed he made it happen. He sent a team today of 2 professional hardworking gentlemen. Hander and Thomas arrived promptly and replaced my roof with a tarp with no issues and no debris left behind. They were attentive to all my needs, professional at all times, and both express a kind personality to me. Chris thank you again and again for giving me such excellent care when I have reached out for help. Again thank you to Hander and Thomas for going out of their way to my home and putting the tarp on to prevent rain on my roof. I owe you guys for my roof protection. I also want to give a shout out to Susie at the office for helping me with a request. She was dedicated, professional and sweet. If you want to work with a super awesome company that is understanding, super patient and get the job done right. From the front office to the technicians coming out promptly and servicing my property, ACE Restoration Services was very professional, informative and neat. They came in, extracted the water damage, cleaned up, left the machinery to dry out the kitchen, then came back for the equipment and final walk through inspection of their work. I would recommend ACE Restoration to anyone. Top Notch.
