I had mold throughout my home’s AC unit and ducts. Santiago and his crew at Instacure did a great job removing, disinfecting and cleaning my AC system. From the start Santiago was very professional. After calling him about my problem he was at my house the next morning and on time. He identified my problem and clearly explained the steps needed to solve my mold issue. He was able to start working on my home the following week and Instacure did a great job. My AC unit is working even better than before and I’m very pleased my family is breathing clean air again.

I reached out to Santiago after reading every single review online and comparing other options. I am so glad I reached out to Santiago he was at my house the next day and provided me a reasonable quote same day! Santiago and his crew were efficient in the delivery of their services. He even helped me contract and AC crew to do some work…they left a hole on the outside of my house…and santiago came back out and fixed it even though it wasn’t something he or his crew did. What can I say about this company that no one has already said? From the moment I met Santiago, I honestly felt like I met someone who actually cares about my family and their well being. That is what set him apart from the other 5 companies I had come over to my house for a bad mold problem in my daughters Jack and Jill bathroom. But not only that, he also wasn’t pushing me to go through my insurance. When I had the other guys come they kept pushing that I go through my insurance, which I would say “no I am paying out of pocket”. Going through my insurance meant more money to be billed. But Santiago was not only affordable but he really cared! He was at my house every single day, he even called me on Sunday morning to see how we were doing. That is just great customer service. Also, while Santiago and his amazing crew were here we found a window leak. He jumped right into action and he installed two in wall dryers and they even sealed my window sill on the second floor that was causing the leak!!! I am so thankful for Santiago and his team of guys, they saved us from the horrible black mold that was under our kids sinks and behind the vanity. As a business owner myself, I appreciate when owners of businesses I work with to be transparent and honest, and that is exactly what I got from Santiago. Honestly I believe I made a friend in Santiago. My dad is having the same issues I had and Santiago went down the street to his house and addressed the problem as well. I had a small mold problem at my home that needed to be dealt with right away. From the very first phone conversation I had with Santiago I knew Instacure would get the job done. Santiago was very puntual for both the inspection and the work date, which were 3 days apart. You can’t beat that.
I was quoted a really good competitive price and they delivered on all aspects, even going above and beyond and cleaning a separate part of my home that wasn’t quoted.

Santiago and his team were great. He explained everything they were going to do before hand and gave us a full walk through at the end. They did a fantastic job and did all the work in one day. Super happy with the service! Will definitely use again!

I had a very good experience with Instacure. They came in and did a very thorough inspection to determine the areas that were affected by mold and mildew and the root cause of the problem - they inspected the A/C, removed the air vents to look inside the ducts and crawled up in the attic to make sure the contamination had not spread and that there were not additional leaks causing the problem. Once they determined the extent of the damage, Santiago came in with his crew and began an intense and meticulous treatment process starting with the a/c unit itself, then moving on to the ducts and vents and two secondary units in the bedrooms. They heppa vacuumed all the exposed surfaces as well to prevent recontamination. They repaired and treated the damage to the ceiling and drywall as well. When the left, they cleaned up after themselves and took away the trash with them. Santiago and his team were professional, timely and responsible. It's a big relief knowing the work was done and done properly. I definitely recommend them.

Santiago did a fantastic mold remediation for a property I just purchased. It is not often that price, customer service, speed of service, and transparency are all met with a home service, but Santiago and his team are the exception! Santiago was very professional and responsive. I had water damage from a roof leak which caused damage to my infant daughters room and my toddler sons room. Excellent company. Santiago and his team did a great job. A wall in my house caved in and I found mold inside. I found this company on google and gave them a call. Santiago came that same day and found the source of the problem leading all the way back to my attic! Immediately he put a plan together to fix every step of the issue.
