They were very courteous and respectful throughout the process. They efficiently during the a/c ducts cleaning which was much needed. Santiago is a pure professional. He does exactly what he says and nothing less. He does not try to pad any of his work and he is completely responsible for everything that gets done on the job site. I would trust him with any project at any time and I hope that you never have a need to use him but if you do definitely give him a call.

I had a buyer for my house at full asking price until the inspection revealed mold in the garage and attic. The buyers were hesitant (of course!) and eventually ended up backing out of the deal. I called Santiago and he came out the next day to discuss the issue and give an estimate of the work. He gave me a fair price to address the problem and proceeded to show up on time and complete the work as promised. He answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the project. He even agreed to speak to potential buyers and walk them through the work he completed. He really stands by his work and one thing that I really appreciated was that he kept a very clean worksite. My house was impeccable when he finished. Long story short, he finished working on a Friday. My house was back on the market that Saturday. I had multiple offers on the house that Sunday and accepted an offer for OVER ASKING PRICE! Highly recommend this company.

Santiago and his team showed up on time. They were very professional and took the time to address all my concerns no matter how many questions I had. He made himself available to me even after the job was done when I had concerns. He made sure he gave me a run down of what the issue was in our place, provided pictures and gave us advice on how to prevent the issue in future. He was honest in his assessment and his response time is amazing. If you’re having any mold issues I definitely recommend this service. They go above and beyond. I called Santiago in the morning and he arrived a few hours later. He was punctual and very professional. He quickly assessed the problem and scheduled the service for the next day. He arrived on time and fully explained the process. He was very efficient and kept me up to date on what he was doing during the service. He did a very thorough job and additionally cleaned all my A/C vents and painted the surrounding area. The floor was vacuumed for debris before he left.

I would highly recommend this company if you have any mold. He is professional, prompt, efficient, very clean, has great communication and highly skilled in this process.

I live out of state and finding out that my rental home in Florida required mold remediation that would cost me over $15K out of pocket to repair was such a stressful situation. I wholeheartedly recommend Santiago and team. It took under a week to go from quote to work completion for remediating mold in our AC closet. I found the company on google, my phone call was answered promptly, inspection booked for next morning. Santiago always arrived on time, his work and area left was always clean and neat.

His professionalism and expertise was seen when he had to deal with our AC contractor that did not show up the first day to remove the unit. Santiago was able to call on his preferred vendor and was able to get a quote for us to replace the AC units. We should've listened to Santiago and continued to use his preferred vendor, but that's a whole 'nother story. Trust Santiago when he makes recommendations, and if you're able to used his preferred vendors, I would suggest you do that as well.
