Five Stars seems too low to rate these guys! They are amazing at what they do. They are efficient, and well organized. Everyone on the team knows their job and does it well. They take precautions to protect your property. I highly recommend Big Branch Tree Service to anyone needing trees removed.

We have used Big Branch several times, and without fail they show up on time, are the best in the business, are courteous and professional and always go the extra mile.

From start to finish Big Branch exceeded my expectations with the service they provided. I felt each person that worked on my trees did an excellent job.

I will be using Big Branch again. They were the first company to answer my request for a quote when other companies either didnt follow up or continued to reschedule. Big Branch Tree Service did a great job, I have been using them for tree services for years. They trimmed a Laurel Oak in my front yard, 6 men 4 trucks done in less then 45 minutes. They were like a well oiled machine everyone knew their job.

I was very pleased with Big Branch Tree Service. The estimator was punctual and gave us a fair price for us and our neighbors. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They got everything done quickly, and removed the entire palm tree. I give them an A+.

This company came into our area after Hurricane Helene to work in the area. We had 3 large trees they were able to remove from our house. They completed the job quickly and were so efficient and professional. They left the site clean and didn't leave any debris behind.

Doug came out and gave me my estimate within a days phone call to solicit their business. He was very thorough and had a ton of great information and knowledge about the job I was asking to have completed. Their team showed up exactly when they were scheduled, and their crew leader, Mark, went over the entire process with suggestions and advice and lead his team to complete what I considered a big job in no time at all. Absolutely the best tree service we've every used! On time, friendly and hardworking, Mark and his "A-team" did a fantastic job taking 3 trees down, and pruning 11 others. Clean-up was 100% complete. Most highly recommended for all tree work where skill and professionalism are required.

I have used them multiple time over the last number of years. They are just excellent and the choreography while they work is quite interesting. Some the trees I have needed gone been a little close to my homes and they were taken down (taken apart, really) without any damage or risk. Their clean up of my yard after their work was exceptional. They do what is necessary for you very well, but do not seek to remove trees that don't need it and I appreciate that greatly.

They were able to take down a tree that I was unsure could be done without causing damage to the house or deck. Well, they did it. Besides the Tree being gone, you could not even tell they were there. Not one branch or leaf left behind.
