We've used American Tree Surgeons, Inc. 3 times in the past 3 years and they've always been very professional and clean everything up after they're done. We would HIGHLY recommend them!!

My neighbor had a large tree removed from her yard today by ATS and I could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism, care and concern they took at every step of the removal. Not only did they do a great job, they were very mindful and courteous of my yard as well. It was inevitable there was noise and heavy equipment traffic as there was no other way to get to the tree, but they not only put everything back just as they found it, they were careful to protect my house and even helped move a fencing panel to a better place for me. I definitely will be saving their card for future reference!

We were happy with our quote which made us decide to hire American Tree Surgeons. They arrived early to be ready to start at the time committed to. They were efficient in completing the work we wanted done.

My criticism is that the lead on this job made sure to tell my husband we got under quoted for this job and was very forward more than once about tipping the 4 guys. They were supposed to be there until 3:30 left at 2:30 rushing out of there once they got their tip and done with initial work when there were a few small things we could have them do until 3:30. We were happy with the original quoted price and the work so let it go, however, if we were to hire again, I would clarify all this further ahead of time.

Would give more stars if possible. This company is awesome. Even though our Magic Jack phone system was out this morning, the guys were at our house and ready to go. They quickly went about their work, and took out a huge tree in our courtyard with professionalism and efficiency. A wonder to watch. Cleanup was excellent, and after lunch their truck picked up the tons of remaining tree that they had stacked neatly at the curb. Kudos, guys!

Showed up to the job ready to start, very reasonable. They cleared several trees, ground up the stumps leveled the yard all within the time promised. The crew was wonderful to work with and willingly accepted a few requests that I am sure were unusual by the "normal" standards. They made sure that the clean-up was complete and that I was happy with their efforts. Highly recommended American Tree Surgeons for any tree service needs.

We had a total of 4 maple trees removed by American Tree Surgeons today, and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. When we first received their quotation, we were a little apprehensive because their pricing seemed "too reasonable". However, after reviewing their insurance paperwork for employees and liabilities, we decided to proceed with them.

The crew, led by Justin, were very professional and efficient. They showed up on time and worked safely to remove our huge trees. At the end of the day, they made sure to clean up our yard. We highly recommend anyone in the area looking for tree services to check them out.

Mr. Flynn I see your review about the owner of American Tree Surgeon and I experienced the same treatment from him. Here's what happened back in September, 2015. Apparently, he knows the system works in his favor and he doesn't care about customer relations. We teach young children to clean up after their mess and fix things if they break it. If you have offended someone, you need to apologize. But apparently that is not how this man operates.
I have used this company twice. I used them in 2006 and was very pleased with their service. However, this year, they broke an irrigation pipe while removing trees and shrubs. I noticed it after the fact so I called the owner of American Tree Surgeon, whom I entered this contract with. He said that it is stated in their invoice that they are not responsible for repairs for utilities if they are damaged. I reminded him that before they started the work I specifically warned him of the irrigation pipes and that he had assured me "do not worry, I'm going to work like it is my own yard." He then said that he will come by and fix it as they always have tools in their trucks to do minor repairs. He never came. So I called him several times. Finally, I talked to him today and he said that it is my responsibility to have it fix and not his. His demeanor on the phone was so different. He said that he never promised that he will come to fix it. The cost of that work was $4200 and yet he is not willing to fix the broken pipe. What a way to lose a customer and future business!

My experience has always been a positive one when dealing with American Tree Surgeons. I've been doing business with them for over 15 years and they've never disappointed me. The work crew has always been professional, performed the work as requested and cleaned the area afterwards to where you could hardly tell they were there. There have even been a couple of times where Jim's team didn't perform to his level of satisfaction, even though I was happy with the work, and had the team come back and finish to his expectation. My home, yard and view have all improved significantly due to the work performed by American Tree Surgeons. I will continue to use them for all my future tree service needs.

I've recommended them to my elderly parents who needed work on a tree around their pool. They performed outstandingly and to the complete satisfaction of my parents.

I never thought I would post about a tree service like I am about to do, but these folks are amazing! Had a tree in my yard fall onto my neighbors house...Roger and Jenny (owners) were at my house within 2 hours...crew was there two hours after that...tree was gone within an hour!! Roger and Jenny were down to earth, super nice, professional, and straight forward. Their crew was equally as professional, nice, respectful of everyone's property. I hope I never see these folks again😉, but they will be the first people I call if I need a tree service again!! Call them!!📞

I am very impressed with how professional this company handles their business.

First off when I called for an estimate my call was returned within 5 minutes.

Secondly, The estimator was at my door 30 minutes later!

3 days later their crew was at my house promptly at 8:00 am as promised!
I paid to have 10 trees taken down including stump
grinding and these guys went above and beyond trimming EVERYTHING else that needed attention and did s great job with the clean up!

I have used other tree services in the past.
DON’T waste your time shopping around!
Go with these guys and get it done right the first time!

We have used American Tree Surgeons on three separate large jobs and have always received excellent service. The crew has always been courteous and easy to work with. Jim has always been polite and professional and responds to us in a timely manner. The prices are reasonable and they accommodate our schedule. We are very satisfied with their service and will definitely use their services again. 😊

I had 2 large dead oaks in my yard. I called and spoke with Roger on the phone. He came and gave me an estimate for the job. The price was reasonable and he did the work the next day. (he had a cancellation). His crew showed up first thing in the morning , 6 men. They worked very hard under difficult conditions. Access was limited and the trees were large. They finished the job, cleaned up the mess like it never happened. GREAT JOB & REASONABLE PRICE I HIGHLY RECCOMNED THEM.

These folks did an awesome job removing 4 tall oaks right next to our house, complete with haul off and grinding. The owner had awesome communication with me from first contact for a free quote all the way to project completion. The crew that performed the work was very respectful of the property, very kind to my family, and got the job done correctly.

I got 3 other quotes and ATS was within 5% of all of the quotes received, however none of the competitors communicated as well as ATS or were as punctual. I’m sure their are other great arborists in the OP area however I won’t be bothering to get competitive quotes for future arborists services. I’ll be happy to hire these folks again without hesitation.

This company needs to teach its drivers how to drive. Was nearly run off the road by their driver and he swerved out in front of oncoming traffic. An accident waiting to happen. Beware if you see their trucks on the road.

American Tree Surgeons came out and cut my large Oak tree down. Roger and his guys was great they done a very good job and they very careful because the other neighbor that his house is so close to mine and they really done a wonderful job and I recommend them and they also cleaned up everything.

Had to engage an arborist quickly when I was informed out of the blue that the company delivering roofing shingles for a total roof replacement on my house allegedly couldn't because of some branches from a tree in the corner of my yard. Having already waited over 2 months to get my roof replaced from engaging a roofing company, I called around and this company was by far the most responsive (many were telling me 2-3 week waits minimum) and I had an onsite inspection and quote in my hand within 24 hours for a very reasonable price. The work crew actually was able to come a couple of hours earlier than planned and all work was completed in under 4 hours, with almost no mess left (other than what you would expect as you can't pick up sawdust from major limb cutting). The crew kept me informed at all steps of the process. Would definitely use this company again.

Roger contacted me and came out soon after my initial call and gave me a quote. Got his crew out the next day. Josh and his crew got right on the job and and were very respectful of my property. They did a great job on tree removal and clean up. Highly recommend these guys.

The crew that came out to my neighbor's house to take down a tree were very good and professional. I believe that they are fast good and very courteous and handle themself with respect to each other and to others. Thanks' for a job well done.

I have had tree removal before but no experience like this. Roger was very quick to give us estimate and the crew that came out can truly be called Surgeons! They removed two 30-40 foot palm trees very quickly and the most important part they took so much care making sure to prevent any damage to yard and house along with not leaving a mess after. Took the time to do the job right and clean the area after the job. If you need any tree removal work done I couldn't recommend this team enough! I don't often take the time to do reviews but when I do there is a reason for it, fantastic job ATS!

Alan and the crew were great at removing the 7 trees from our property. Fast and efficient work not leaving one branch or stick in the yard it’s like they weren’t even here. Second time using them highly recommended great prices.

A great tree company. They did some work for me and I was totally impressed with their work and with the guys who did the work. They were professional yet very friendly. I will have them come back out for another job. I would highly recommend them.
